For that you would cut a 10ft conduit pipe pole (at Home Depot or Lowe’s) in half and smash the one end together (to make it sharper) and pound it into the ground with a hammer.

Is there a good way to add a second group to make it longer ?
Yes, I usually put 4 or 5, five inch round balloons at in between the first and second groups to hide the separation knots.
