    Richard have you seen the man from South Carolina, he opens up like you do by saying well good morning folks, I thought he was you when I heard it, he’s called the old fisherman, nice to see older folks being outdoors, back in the day that’s all we had, the outdoors was our playground, we didn’t have the distractions the young people have today.

    Richard. How fast do you lower your rod when you are doing the dipping technique? I find when they not active as well as active to just hold your rod stead about 6” above the crappie’s depth or in front of their face and just tapping the rod with your index finger works really well.

    • @RichardGeneTheFishingMachine
      @RichardGeneTheFishingMachine  14 днів тому

      I lower my rod tip slowly when I'm dipping but when I raise my rod tip up a couple feet I drop my rod tip quickly so my jig will spiral on the fall, thank you for that question and God Bless you Charles

    • @charlesdaigle7963
      @charlesdaigle7963 14 днів тому

      @ Richard. Thank you. I thought that is way you were doing in the video. Hard to see at times. Try the trapping the rod with your index finger. There is a guy who makes jig poles here in south Louisiana. Salter’s Jigging poles. I love them. He told me about holding the rod steady at or just above the depth they sac a lait are holding and tapping it with your index finger. It works great when they finicky or active. It makes the bait just barely hop in the water. Give it a shot.

    Richard. How fast to you lower your rod when using the dipping technique. I watch the video but it was hard to tell. What should the line be doing. Should you drop the rod slow enough there is no slack in the line or just fast enough this have a little slack in the line.

    true or false? if you let a fish run with your line it will wrap it around something and force you to break it off.

    • @RichardGeneTheFishingMachine
      @RichardGeneTheFishingMachine  14 днів тому

      True, in my opinion the quicker one can set the hook the better odds for an angler to keep a fish from wrapping up in heavy cover such as tree tops, limbs, aquatic vegetation or whatever your fishing at that time, thank you Sir for watching and God Bless

    When you understand this, You will know who you are.
    Exodus 4:22 “And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD, Israel is my son, even my firstborn:”
    Israel is not a place. Israel is a people.
    The true Israelite's of God built the cathedrals of Europe. (Search cathedrals of Europe and you will see the magnificent of his people.)
    On a clear dark night look up at the stars and you will see the power and magnificent of God. I assure you,the stars did not say unto the stars, Let us put ourselves in these patterns.
    Romans 1:20 “For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:”
    Romans 11:1 “I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.”
    James 1:1 “James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.”
