Hi I am currently working on a 2nd opinion required by the insurance denial from United Healthcare under GEHA. I am a current patient of Dr. Wright, whose insurance company denied the pre-authorization.
I went over the denial letter with Sara, then with a representative from my insurance company, the consensus was that a second opinion from a non-treating physician was needed. But I want to make sure there are no other factors that I am missing.
How do I do that?
