Modern House.... nung 90s. ganto yung mga bahay ng mga matapobre or rich kid or ng mga bossing ng goons sa mga palabas noon.

one thing I always ask my self for pre-love houses like this, BAKIT FOR SALE? having such intricate details and enormous money and time to be build for sure this house have been so loved and adore by the owners -doesn't mean may pambili ako ha 😅
They probably can afford to make another or, perhaps, would like to make a sale to build a better space. ☺️
They became old and the kids moved out. They no longer need a house as big as this.

You build a house for your family. But once your kids grow up and start to move out, the house just becomes too big for an empty nester. That is usually the case with older couples, they end up moving into big condos or posh townhouses instead.
Possible rin naman na naoutgrow na nila yung house; that’s also possible. At some point you just want something new.
Bedroom #3 is more private and enclosed. I love the combination of older house with modern technology inside. Reminds me of Japanese houses where they live in Tatami houses but everything is almost voice activated. The CRs are remarkable! Love the CRs are modern esp the Japanese Toilet. It looks simple, modern and classy. What I like about the older homes are the wooden floors. It feels better to walk on wood floors because dirt dont stick on your feet during the cold season. Easier to clean as well. As long as its quiet and private, Im good. Dad will have the room on the ground floor. 😊
