„I don’t want to be more than 12 minutes” - clocks in at 19 😆 On a serious note: Alex - keep on doing what you’re doing. People are no longer used to open discussion if they accuse you on being biased. I’ve watched a few of those „negative” videos and so far the pros still outweigh the cons. I mean, the problems that Maltese and expats alike experience in Malta exist in many European big cities (overcrowding, pollution, weird incidents, occasional crime). Just few weeks ago I read in local news about girl who had a similar gross experience. Except the offender was doing his „business” right on the high street while driving his car! Aside from the incidents like that, it looks like one’s attitude towards Malta really boils down to the level of income - you earn good money - you live an amazing life with very little to complain about. You earn little - well, the cost of living, the bureaucracy and working conditions will eat you alive. You like about anywhere else.
Don't compare us to big countries. We are a dot on the map. A small island in the middle of the Mediterranean sea. We shouldn't have reached the stage of no values, no morals and corruption and dishonesty. This happened because of bad management and greediness of our country. Plus we are Roman Catholics who lost our Maltese identity. Someday hopefully we will get it back. Because we are leaving a bad situation for our kids if we continue on this path.
If you avoid the tourist places and live in the south, you don't need millions. Embrace the Maltese people and their culture and you can have a nice life. Gain their respect and you will be fine. Saying that, under 1500 a month after tax and it gets hard.
I apologise on behalf of my fellow Maltese for the obnoxious behaviour of some local and maybe not-so-local 'animals', with all due respect to animals. We are not all the sort of uncivilised herd such as the one in the video. Pity that we all get grouped together just for being Maltese by affected expats though I can't say I completely blame them for doing so. In any case, most of us are not this sort of inhuman being.
I visited for two weeks last autumn. I found Valetta crowded, noisy and touristy. Would I live there? If I had a very good job I would be willing to. With good housing on a quiet street it would be OK. Would I retire there? NO. The islands don't have enough to offer. It's awfully hot and humid. Beaches are not great. Too much traffic, poor transport. Some Filipinos told me they preferred Dubai because they had more social activities there.
@@yadayadayadayadayadayada777 I have been to Dubai. It was interesting to see but unless I had a very high paying job there it would hold no appeal. The humidity makes it intolerable.

i think there is no perfect country.. Even England, Netherlands, Germany, America there are problems with people. Yes you can disguise about it, but change will be difficult.
Obviously it is different for EU citizens and non EU nationals. But there should be no surprise in that.
EU is already a kind of " Con-Federation" so EU citizens have rights and conditions which a third country nationals do not have.
But it is OK as it is same even if you go to the USA. As citizen you have different possibilities as a non citizen
Nice video but dont care about negative comments. Some people wont to hear something bad or something good. If u dont give them what they expecting.....than u get negative comm. Keep working. Nice videos
THE less people come to Malta the better we want to live peace

@@AlexinMalta Thank you Alex. I'm watching you walking around in Malta.
I'm considering moving to Cyprus or Malta.
@RadioIlluminaticom i love Cyprus, but Malta os more easy to get around. In fact im going back to Cyprus in October
@@AlexinMalta I think, I will go to Malta, because it is closer to my home country Denmark, and you have also sold me on Malta. Ricardo did a great job selling Cyprus. The most important thing is taxes. I'm a day trader too, so the taxes has to be ZERO. I hate taxes.
Alex starting with I don’t want to be more than 12 mins on a 19 mins video 😅
Hahaah always 🤣🤣🤣🤣
It is better than Italy, see Malta as a bridge to more progress, ignore the racists and concentrate on working and improving yourself
Everything hes saying on this video could be applied to any other country in Europe. I've lived in Gozo for six years now and i honestly woukdnt live anywhere else (especially not the UK where im from) ive never felt safer in my life over here.
8:12 is wild what the hell
You overstayed your welcome Alex ,time to go back to Macedonia
9:01 okay now that's what we on the west coast of the USA call a gay cruising area 😂 but I feel her pain. I would not have gone back after the first time.
Tell her to do us all a favour and leave ,we need the space
You are lucky if you see the sea with building and boat masts 😂😂😂😂😂

Malta is a good place to grow if you have come with nothing, it is better than most countries in Europe, there is racism but they allow you work and earn money even if it is small

Not even Bali looks like "Bali"
Malta is terrible. I MANAGED 9 MONTHS. DREADFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

I understand you have a channel to run and it is about a small country, but you keep repeating the same topics all over, costantly. I don't see the point.
It seems to me that you always speak about negative things, with all due respect. However, congratulations for the useful information provided in the channel :)
You should review my channel before commenting, babes❤
