Karen, my wife and I were talking about this. Basically, we think you should use what you've got, your off-grid lifestyle. That is really fascinating to us. Watching you progress on your own, is heartening. Even if it's just assembling a set of drawers or painting a wall, we will watch it. We also remarked that you are looking far less stressed and happier than we have seen you for a while now. Your little lad is lovely, but he isn't the reason we watch. We watch to see you and your achievements. Take good care and have a lovely Christmas.
05:30 am UK Karen, my husband & I watched Travelling K from your very first tentative steps into caravanning, when you realised you wanted more out of life than a 9-5 office existence. We marvelled at the way you rose to every challenge & full of admiration at how you overcame every obstacle & used it as a way of learning how to do things yourself; this way you found how capable you were at turning your hand to tasks that would have sent most of us running to a 'professional '. Life has been both kind & cruel to you, as it is with most people; but you always took on any challenge with heart &, although my husband has now passed, I continue to watch how you have turned negatives into positives & somehow found a way to come through. He was a very capable man & he never ceased to be amazed at how you faced up to everything with capability & undimmed enthusiasm, usually managing the 'fixes' by yourself. I'm not surprised you had a 'wobble' after all you went through & are still going through. Most people would have been sent running back to town, but you are now at the cusp of yet another chapter in your life & it is wonderful to see you are not giving in. Good luck with the future & while you continue to show us how you negotiate the slings & arrows of life's fortunes, we will all continue to watch & encourage you to further success &, I hope, to eventual happiness, which you so richly deserve.
Thank you so much for this wonderful message. I guess I haven't seen myself like this... I just seem to soldier on. Sounds like you have experience lifes harder times with the passing of your husband. I get the feeling you were very close and I'm sorry to hear he's gone. I hope we both achieve future happiness 💛
I agree. You are right on the cusp of living the life you have put all this effort into. You are super capable and adventurous. Seize your independence. You will have more freedom now you have the house “done” and you’ve survived the baby stage. Keep him off the channel so he can keep his independence and you and your ex can be amicable over time. Good luck looking forward and dreaming up a happy (warm & dry!) future.
Even if you can’t film every aspect of caravan trip for a few more years the time will truly come when there is a little more free time on trips for you to feature some of the aspects of it. Or find another family to caravan with and trade off grown ups getting an afternoon off to explore nearby sights on their own while the kids stay with the friends and other child. Creative thinking makes these things fit into your life if you really want to do them. You have achieved a lot and will continue your growth increasing your abilities and strengths.
I am with the others who watch your videos to see YOU and your accomplishments and how you overcome obstacles. So, yes, show your off-grid living experiences and dealing with it all as a woman and as a person dealing with solving issues and being self sufficient. Many UA-camrs have pivoted from their original content and gone in other directions for content. You have so much to be proud of!
People love being nosy! I love looking round other peoples projects and homes. Can you travel to do interviews with others who are living off grid or self building? Then you could still do a bit of travelling, but the focus wouldn't be on your family while you travel? You've come so far, you should be really proud of all you've accomplished ❤
You have come a long way. Don’t worry about all the privacy pieces. It’s just awesome to see how well you are doing. The past is in the past always look forward as you have been for the last few months. Take care and keep been positive.. Annamieke from Kawerau
Please keep travelling and showing your wonderful son the beautiful country we live in. If it is only his face you can’t show. Blur it out. And only show the rest of him. These videos of the two you will be wonderful memories for you both to share.
Karen, you can't look back, it can't be changed. You have a wonderful new home and adventure. Go forward and show your son what a wonderful life he was born into. Take care of yourself and look what you have accomplished. With lots of hugs.
You should go find your freedom back on the road with Reece when it calls and just blur/keep him out and do the things. Don't let a split rule ruin who you want to be with this channel. I am a solo female 44 caravanner travelling australia and want to live off grid so youre on the mark. We will still be here for you, the girl power you've had since, has been incredible, don't let anyone dim your light.
So sorry that you are in the situation where you can’t continue where you started. Life does change direction for many reasons but being told what you can and can’t do by someone else doesn’t sound healthy. I loved your travelling videos and loved meeting you a few years back through that. I’ll still follow you whatever you do but it saddens me for you as it sounds like you have been backed into a corner. Also don’t be hard on yourself about not helping enough - you had a baby/young child to look after in a difficult environment, it’s a tough job at the best of times. You’ve done a wonderful job Karen
You look great..... You have done wonders with that build and i am sure you are mega proud of the work. Keep that massive smile on your face and be confident with any further build/repair challenges you face. Good Luck with everything.
karen do what you want too whatever you decide to do i will continue to follow you you have done such amazing work carry on doing your best lots of love frank
Look on this as your new chapter in your fabulous new home. Looking back on all the difficulties from the last few years makes your progress on the house and land even more special. Even though you can’t show the little one we all know he’s living a wonderful life in the home his mum made. I’d be more than content watching whatever you film even if it’s just weeding! Love from 🇬🇧❤
Hi Karen, I’ve been following you since 2020 when we went on the road in NZ. Well done on finally getting the house to a liveable stage. Sorry you guys went through a break up, but life with a house build and a new baby looked very stressful from the outside too. I hope time helps with your relationship with your ex as you obviously both love your son even if it didn’t work out between you. You should be so proud of what you achieved together and apart. I hope you can keep travelling, and making content, if you can work out how to edit around your son, but if not, you’ll grow into a new phase. Wishing you all a happy 2025.
Love how happy you look in this video. I originally came here for the travelling content but loving the off grid build and looking forward to future off grid content from you. You have many loyal viewers that will stick with you through whatever you choose to do xo
Do what's the least resistance Karen. You've had a very hard time so figure out what makes you happy with your son and concentrate on it. We'll follow your twists and turns with amazement. There'll be personal development, growing stuff, finishing the house, ground landscaping and maintenance, and even perhaps social activities and hobbies? Its a lifestyle channel and it will grow. All the best from a rainy and freezing Scotland ❤
When it was just you caravanning, most videos featured the travels and places you captured in video, as many others have shared, blur out your boy's face, and keep doing videos on your journey navigating life as a sole parent and your plans and progress of your land, life and home.... minor respectful limit to navigate around, and a major bonus as you move out of surviving, into thriving❤️
Been watching you and your wee family... For a very long time.... Life isn't easy... But your overcome so much and you showed so much of your life and the things you do.... It's much appreciated.... I am looking forward to your new life's parth....
There is a lot of common ground with an off grid living, and caravaning channel, I think most you're existing audience will stay with you, and that audience will grow with those who really love the off-grid aspect. My eldest keeps wanting to appear on my channel, and I've kept to that being a hard no, as at his age he can't really grasp what it is he's asking for and what might come with it. I did let him do a tiny little bit of voice over which he loved, and now he feels he's taken part so he feels quite content about it now. It's incredible to see the progress you've made with the house, with such alot to over come.
Hi Karen, I've been following your journey for quite a few years. We both bought our caravans within a few months of each other, and I found so much inspiration from you during that time. I was embarking on my solo female trip around Australia as you travelled NZ. Over the years, I have been amazed to see all you have accomplished and will happily continue to watch what you do next. I'm hoping to one day follow your lead again and get into off-grid living! You have a well-deserved and loyal fan base that will be here as you grow the channel for years to come.
Kia ora Karen. I have been following you for quite some time to well before when you went to the UK. I’ve marvelled when you’ve done the amazing stuff (getting you and your son into the house), I admire your persistence (getting the bathroom finished) and I’ve teared up when you’re Dad died. Yep - so you now have some ‘rules’ to live with but it will only be for a season (admittedly one that will probably last till your child is 16). Even so, my sense if you’re finding your new groove. I love the change of direction in the channel and look forward to learning more about off-grid living. Kia kaha, kia maia, kia manawanui. Ngā manaakitanga - Te Aroha.
Karen, what an uplifting vlog, your looking well and your enthusiasm shines through. Whatever you do now keep smiling, you've kept going, your dogged determination has won out and what a credit your home is. Enjoy your home and son and I look forward to what ever vlogs you do.... Happy Christmas.
Goodluck Karen I hope 2025 is a less shit year when compared to 2024. I hope any legal stuff gets sorted out next year, and you and your son can live in peace. You've got this.
Karen you are looking so much better now that you've nearly finished the house you have worked so so hard you ate lucky to have your brother living beside you I hope you and your little boy and your brother have a really lovely Christmas and best wishes for 2025 will definitely keep watching you from Wicklow Ireland Marian and Aidan
Change in life is always the only thing that never stops besides time. So I am sure that what is in store for your channel will work out for the best for you. You have been through a whole bunch and you are a strong one. So you will make your channel happen as you have in the past. Yes it may not be as the original thoughts you had but that just means you modify a few things and keep moving foward. The place looks great and the best thing is you have finished what you had started and that is the most important thing to remember. So just Keep you head high and keep moving foward and produce what you can, because we want to know how things are going and care. So take care and Merry Christmas to you and your son and of course the rest of the family. Vic
I found your channel when you were first purchasing this piece of land and have looked forward to your updates. Despite your concerns about certain requirements, I think your channel will continue to flourish. ❤
I truly felt your pain. I am 70 and live off grid. No help completely alone. So yes I definitely am with you. ❤❤ but look at how strong you have become. You stand proud. Look at the lovely home you have created. Awsome.xx❤❤❤❤❤
K I discovered your channel because I like to travel and camp in a tent trailer designed to be pulled by a motorcycle. I have great admiration for your channel and your personal journey. I live in a log cabin in a 40 acre combined forest and crop land. Corn, soybeans or alfalfa. I designed the cabin but had it built for me. Curiously I attempted to homestead off grid, but the local building code and costs made it cheaper to get power from the grid. I believe your struggle and success will inspire others. I’m retired disabled Vietnam war veteran and I understand depression. I know that sometimes our dreams must be flexible to be realistic and achievable. Well done Karen!!
The nearest power line was 3/4 of a mile away. The charge was about 5.00 per foot to bury the power lines up to the cabin. I had intended to use a set up similar to yours. The solar installation company quoted a price 2 times what it cost to install the power lines.
Hi Karen, I am sure you will think of a way to keep the channel going, you are a very versatile person. I remember when you came to the U K, a few years ago know. I send my Best Wishes to you and your son. Regards. Andrew.
You’ve done incredibly well. I know the feeling of struggling with small spaces when the cold seasons come around and having to exist with services outside - it’s exhausting xx Go in the direction that feels right for you and don’t cause yourself any unnecessary stress. Sending love and hugs xxx
Such a shame you can no longer share your videos with your child. Surely if his face wasn't shown you could carry on. I do understand it's not your decision alone, but it's sad nevertheless. I will still watch, because I think you should be so proud of what you have achieved and off grid/self sufficiency is an interesting subject. Not only that, I love watching how you have bravely tackled all of the obstacle's in your way. You are a strong woman and you are doing brilliantly.
You are a very strong lady! I think the off grid living is a great way to go. Sorry that you can’t share Reese with us anymore. Sad! But we understand. Does your brother still live on your property with you? Keep your chin up and know that your subscribers all support you. ❤️
You have come a long way since your cold winters , it drove you to get up and move on , you have done a amazing job on your home , you are beaming with success well done , but put a bit of travelling in to mix in the near future, well done x

I think concentrating on your off grid living is a great idea. It is of interest and I’m sure there is a lot of stuff that would not even occur to those of us that haven’t experienced off grid living.
I first discovered you in England and always having a soft spot for NZ and Kiwis have followed you ever since.Through all your trials and tribulations I've seen you as a strong lady ,now I see you emerging fom a trying period and look forward see your progress.Through hard work you've achieved so much ,you have a lovely house off grid ,a wonderful fast growing son .I' look forward to seeing your new developments and will continue to support you whatever you do . Take care lots of love from me in Canada XXX
Off grid living videos in future sounds great. Lots of van lifers on UA-cam have also bought houses etc and it's still entertaining to watch them. X will watch you for you x take care Karen
You are a amazing woman and mum , living in a room with everything else outside in the winter . Yes there is rules concerning your child but don’t give up. Their are ones on Utube that don’t show the front of their children, he is growing up so he will be more independent so it will make things easier. So you are in the season for doing the garden with vegetables so I look forward to seeing that progress. Don’t give up your a strong woman 💕
Thanks Sandra. That's true. Kids grow and things always change. My poor garden is quite weedy this year! Just haven't had the time with the house build.
@@haydenroberts7061 sorry my text came across I was blaming you. I was just seeing it from the parents decision as to what they want to show of their children, the backs of the young ones or blurring the faces out or not put them up at all up to them 👍
Dearest Karen, I’m okay not hearing your drama, if you feel the need to talk, phone a friend. When referring to the wee one, I like the nick name “Buddy”. You take such beautiful videos of gardens and landscapes, oceans, driving. Just give us pretty music and voice overs. I love hearing your voice, I’m sad that depression was bad, I know that feeling. I love the solar system and I’m glad it worked out so well for you. Keep us posted, enjoy your indoor loo! Heal your heart, only say positive things, can’t wait to see your beautiful garden.
Absolutely love all the travels you had done through the years!! Thank you Karen for the inspiration!! I have recently quit a full-time job to go traveling around our beautiful New Zealand in my van. Love the home that your currently building. Happy Holidays and have a wonderful Christmas 🎄 🙏🎅
It was of no surprise when you announced you were separated, he was always distant, both on camera and running off to work. I imagine he's paying you and has got his legal team to black mail you to keep his embarrassing face and name off screen. You look so well in this video I'm more than sure the better times are ahead, and you will be in a far better place to enjoy...just make sure your lovely place doesn't become a fortress and should you meet someone you can move on .. Bless you xxxx❤
@@TravellingK YOU brought the subject up; YOU have allowed comments to be posted; YOU have the power to ask your followers to not inflame the situation by making false accusations. And then you seem surprised when H wants to respond? Airing your laundry in public like this is not going to improve an already-difficult situation, and I urge *BOTH* of you to try to keep this offline - with Disabling Comments being a good start!
What a lovely video ❤ I have always enjoyed your videos - no matter what the content. You create enjoyable and relatable content which I always enjoy watching with a cup of tea in the evening. I very much look forward to seeing your future content and I admire and appreciate you for your videos. 😊
Well done Kay, good luck for the future.Have been following you since you first started.Met you briefly in Masterton, you were parked in a council car park, came over and had a chat. You thought i was from the council coming to move you on.Good luck
I got hooked as you had the same 470 caravan as i had just bought. I love it! I liked watching you working out it's parts and seeing the places you went. There is nothing stopping you filming your family ( for memories) and editing bits out if needed. Don't overthink it or be held back. Try a few things and see. Others talk about travel in nz too. Could you do both? Don't you already have different playlists?Follow your heart. Yes I feel pressure to make more youtubes etc but often it doesnt happen as am working full time. I try and remember I do it for me and memories 1st. Then educating others 2nd. You must enjoy it so keep going.
What a wonderful update. I have followed you for years and even hoped to meet you when you came to the UK 🇬🇧. Keep going - you’re a warrior for what you have been through. We love you! X
BRILLIANT SUCCESS JOURNEY ...You have gone above and beyond coping with all you mentioned. Well Done. Your home looks welcoming, stylish, and joyful. Wishing you much continued success. And, a YT about off grid sounds like a good idea. I am interested in what I can learn from you. Thank you, Janet
I’m following people off grid living in Arizona Portugal Ireland France and I’ve followed you since you met David in England. Your corner of the world has unexpected and unusual scenery I’d be very happy to follow you on this off grid venture. It would be nice if you can share a few photos or videos if you go travelling. No pressure. Your country is exceptionally beautiful.
Ohhh what's their channel? It's funny hearing how unusual the scenery is here as I'm just so use to it. Well, expect for the very bottom of the South Island which is just so bloody beautiful! I wonder how I can share more of the NZ scenery🤔 Shall have a think.
YOU are such an inspiration🥰. I appreciate your candor especially with seeking therapy. So many need to hear this! You seem to have learned so much and done so much. I'm glad you were able to get to a place of trusting yourself and your instincts. Relationships sometimes have a way of getting in the way of those things :(. I'm definitely interested in seeing more content about a single woman living off grid. I'd also love to see content of you caravanning if you could take a trip away by yourself every once in a while?
What an inspiring person you are! Thank you for your honesty and strength of character. I would love to see more of your beautiful homeland. Perhaps you could put together some suggested travel destinations, how to get there and what to see. You are a natural communicator and your passion for adventure is palpable. I believe your design and crafting skills are amazing. Some projects with the laser engraver using your own designs would most interesting and demonstrate your graphic design skills.wishing you and your family a merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous new year. Peter and Robyn from the land of Oz.
Good to hear you want to see more NZ scenery. I'll have a think! And I hadn't really thought about bringing more of my design skills into the videos! Thank you Pete.
Karen, which ever direction your channel takes, you will always have followers (both new and old). Many of us have followed you since your first video and enjoyed seeing the changes your life has taken. You may not be able to call your son by his birth name, but perhaps you could use a nic-name for him? A while ago, one of your videos was on your garden and the trees you were growing. I really enjoyed that video, it was interesting and therapeutic to watch, so any video you make will be awesome. Thanks for the time and effort you put into your videos to keep us entertained.
You have been on such a journey Karen, from being a sole female traveling around in a caravan, to a single parent off grid homestead builder. That’s some accomplishment. R is so lucky to have you for a Mum. As to the direction of the channel, do what’s right for you and R. If you’re not comfortable having your son in the videos, due to legal constraints, then don’t do it. It is a shame of course that you have been put in this invidious position but none of that reflects badly on you. You are an inspiration Karen & an amazing strong woman ( that’s your USP) . Looking forward to the new direction of the channel. Bless you & your beautiful boy. Big 🫶🏻
You are a strong person, you might not know or realise that, but you are. Whatever direction you feel is necessary to take the channel rest assured we will continue to follow you. You’ve got a lovely home but we will miss not seeing your wee one grow and come into his own. We fully understand. Take care, God bless both of you.
Will love to see more off-grid living videos and your food forest progress. Well done Karen I'm glad you made it through those dark days. Cheers to more sunshine in your life!
I'd love to see some homesteading/off the grid videos. It might be harder to film with the new restrictions, and having to keep R off-camera, but there is plenty to show with your garden and home. You've come a long way!!
At the beginning of your video Im thinking oh no! thats the end..but like other subscribers I'd love to see you continue... its the things you're doing that so wonderful to watch..the get up and go and not bring you down that I love and also have lived my life by...heaps of ups and downs but always got up!! You rock and I will continue to watch your new lifestyle..warts and all...Thankyou for sharing...
I think you have still a lot you could show like your garden getting it into shape, yes off grid living would be interesting, all the best Karen hope it all works out xx
Hi Karen I have really enjoyed following u over the years you are a real inspiration please don’t disappear you are an amazing person. It’s really shit that 1 person can come into your life put you through what you have gone through and is now making it tough for you even when said person isn’t there. I wish you all the best for the future. Keep on Keeping Strong ❤
I have really enjoyed following your adventures from just about the the beginning. You have had some wonderful adventures. You have also accomplished so much more than just traveling, the property , the garden, the house and then having a child. I will enjoy to follow your channel should you continue to do them as off grud living. You had me when you said Aluminium. You definitely have had a Massive amount placed upon you.
So glad to hear you're happy with off grid content! Thank you
your looking great karen blossoming 🎉
Thank you so so much Jane!!
Well done you. You have achieved loads and have a lovely son to share it with. Be proud of your accomplishments.
Yes, this is what I should focus on!
Well done, Karen.
You did an amazing job.
Omg not seen you for quite a while, what a girl you are a superstar please don’t stop and I’m with you and your sibling forever xx
Good luck Karen, life is sometimes harsh & and unfair, but we will follow on.🙏🧡 Merry Christmas to all.
Wishing you the very best in life and lot's of happiness in your new home ❤
Hi Karen, I've been following your journey for quite a few years. We both bought our caravans within a few months of each other, and I found so much inspiration from you during that time. I was embarking on my solo female trip around Australia as you travelled NZ. Over the years, I have been amazed to see all you have accomplished and will happily continue to watch what you do next. I'm hoping to one day follow your lead again and get into off-grid living! You have a well-deserved and loyal fan base that will be here as you grow the channel for years to come.
Off-grid living sounds like a great theme for future videos. I'm glad you're in a good place now, and enjoying all the fruits of your hard work!
Glad to hear this theme could work - thanks Karen!
You have done well . Keep positive 😊
I watch to follow you do what you do best I love hearing and watching your news updates even when some seem so sad but I will keep on following ❤️
Wow! I do hope your off-grid setup is comfortable? There are some physically hard tasks with off-grid living, so I'm impressed.
Thanks for sharing your journey! There's opportunities out there for your channel, and endeavors. Blessings to you and your family!
Hi from the UK
I’ve been following your channel from New Zealand throuyall your travels in the UK
Keep going
Good luck
👍👍
K
I discovered your channel because I like to travel and camp in a tent trailer designed to be pulled by a motorcycle.
Your tent trailer sounds fantastic! Very curious that it was cheaper to get power for you! Thank you for sharing this.
The nearest power line was 3/4 of a mile away. The charge was about 5.00 per foot to bury the power lines up to the cabin.
I had intended to use a set up similar to yours. The solar installation company quoted a price 2 times what it cost to install the power lines.
Huh, that's like the opposite of my experience! Solar was half the price.
Perhaps the 20 year difference in time between then and now.
Hi Karen, I am sure you will think of a way to keep the channel going, you are a very versatile person. I remember when you came to the U K, a few years ago know. I send my Best Wishes to you and your son. Regards. Andrew.
The UK was such an adventure. I feel so grateful that I was able to do that.
You’ve done incredibly well. I know the feeling of struggling with small spaces when the cold seasons come around and having to exist with services outside - it’s exhausting xx
Go in the direction that feels right for you and don’t cause yourself any unnecessary stress. Sending love and hugs xxx
Please keep going .......glad you are excited and have a focus x
Such a shame you can no longer share your videos with your child. Surely if his face wasn't shown you could carry on. I do understand it's not your decision alone, but it's sad nevertheless. I will still watch, because I think you should be so proud of what you have achieved and off grid/self sufficiency is an interesting subject. Not only that, I love watching how you have bravely tackled all of the obstacle's in your way. You are a strong woman and you are doing brilliantly.
Glad you'll keep watching. Thank you so much.
I would be happy to see your off-grid homesteading videos! Bravo to you and all you've accomplished, Karen!
So good to hear! Thank you
You are a very strong lady! I think the off grid living is a great way to go. Sorry that you can’t share Reese with us anymore. Sad! But we understand. Does your brother still live on your property with you? Keep your chin up and know that your subscribers all support you. ❤️
Yes, my brother is still here and such a great help. Thank you!
Stay strong! Thank you for sharing your accomplishments.
Nice to have a catchup, shame about the problems however what is with problems there are ways to overcome them and I’m sure you will.
Love the positive outlook! I do need to focus on that.
You have come a long way since your cold winters , it drove you to get up and move on , you have done a amazing job on your home , you are beaming with success well done , but put a bit of travelling in to mix in the near future, well done x
The winters here really did motivate me! I hope to manage some travel - even if I can't share it.

I think concentrating on your off grid living is a great idea. It is of interest and I’m sure there is a lot of stuff that would not even occur to those of us that haven’t experienced off grid living.
Good to hear! I feel like I have plenty of video ideas...
Thank you Ralph. I've appreciated your support. And I'm hoping the future is wonderful!
Praise the Lord, you sound better. Take care, God bless.
Off grid living videos in future sounds great. Lots of van lifers on UA-cam have also bought houses etc and it's still entertaining to watch them. X will watch you for you x take care Karen
Yes, I follow a lot of channels where they were travelling and now have land. So good to hear you'll still watch Kirsty!
@TravellingK 💗
I’ll definitely be sticking around to watch you turn that beautiful piece of land into a homestead! Onwards and upwards 💪
So glad to hear that Lisa!!
Good idea about a nickname. Good to hear your thoughts. I'm thinking of more videos about the solar system! And loving the inside loo🤣
Hi from the Peak District UK ! Not seen you for ages. All is looking good. 🇬🇧💙👍
I've been posting videos every second week lately (although might skip one over Christmas🤔). Wonder if UA-cam stopped suggesting my channel to you!
@ Yes definitely, had no UA-cam notification for absolutely ages.
What a lovely video ❤ I have always enjoyed your videos - no matter what the content. You create enjoyable and relatable content which I always enjoy watching with a cup of tea in the evening. I very much look forward to seeing your future content and I admire and appreciate you for your videos. 😊
Well done Karen, you’ve been a massive pillar of strength even tho we know the hard times you’ve had, absolutely top draw girl, keep going champ
Well done Kay, good luck for the future.Have been following you since you first started.Met you briefly in Masterton, you were parked in a council car park, came over and had a chat. You thought i was from the council coming to move you on.Good luck
Hello James! Glad you weren't the council guy, haha.
So so proud of what you have achieved Karen, you have done amazing on your own, the house is beautiful, hope you and little one are doing ok x
Thank you Sandra. We're all good. So nice to be in a house.
Good luck
You are great and courageous!
Loved the video, Merry Christmas! 🎄🤶
Amazing!!!!!! Thank you. This really is a wonderful christmas gift.
Great to see you happy Karen, you are so lovely when you smile. x
What a wonderful update. I have followed you for years and even hoped to meet you when you came to the UK 🇬🇧. Keep going - you’re a warrior for what you have been through. We love you! X
Hi Karen, I love your channel and would love to see how your garden and veg growing progresses.
Thanks Janet! Such a lovely lovely comment.
Well done keep up your good work and stay positive, your in my thoughts❤
Well done. Keep on publishing your activities.
Shall do!
Big 🫶🏻
Thank you. I really appreciate hearing this! I do think off-grid or homesteading is the way to go for now.
Although you were happy enough to for both him and yourself to be in them when it suited you.
Hayden, nice skewing of the facts.
You are a strong person, you might not know or realise that, but you are. Whatever direction you feel is necessary to take the channel rest assured we will continue to follow you. You’ve got a lovely home but we will miss not seeing your wee one grow and come into his own. We fully understand. Take care, God bless both of you.
Thank you Isobel. So good to hear.
Will love to see more off-grid living videos and your food forest progress. Well done Karen I'm glad you made it through those dark days. Cheers to more sunshine in your life!
The poor food forest isn't looking so flash right now! But I could do some hilarious 'what not to do' garden videos🤣
I'd love to see some homesteading/off the grid videos. It might be harder to film with the new restrictions, and having to keep R off-camera, but there is plenty to show with your garden and home. You've come a long way!!
I'm aiming to not let the restrictions stop my filming 💛
i will stick with you.. i have from your caravan travels , i hope you show some gardening content all the best john.
Thank you John! And good to know you're keen on gardening content. What's your favourite gardening channel?
At the beginning of your video Im thinking oh no! thats the end..but like other subscribers I'd love to see you continue... its the things you're doing that so wonderful to watch..the get up and go and not bring you down that I love and also have lived my life by...heaps of ups and downs but always got up!! You rock and I will continue to watch your new lifestyle..warts and all...Thankyou for sharing...
I truly admire you for your motivation. you have done a great job
Great job! Well done for carrying on. 😊
I think you have still a lot you could show like your garden getting it into shape, yes off grid living would be interesting, all the best Karen hope it all works out xx
That's great to hear Janette!
Off grid k's solar homestead ❤
Hmmmm shall keep this in mind!!
The cabin build and off grid living is wait brought me to your channel. So I would love to see more about of grid life!
That's actually really reasurring to hear!
Hi Karen, love your channel and and you are doing a fantastic job there especially on your own. Chin up love you can do it. I think your lovely x
and look how well you have done now 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Hi Karen I have really enjoyed following u over the years you are a real inspiration please don’t disappear you are an amazing person.
You have percifeared to the highest degree. Kudo's to you. Hugs to you. Everyone stay safe, warm, happy and healthy. From Henrico County Virginia
Thank you. I really appreciate your wonderful comment! Think I'll reread it when I'm having a bad day.
