- This video is a quick update on the new colour and design of Willow Bucket bag that just arrive in the store. The beautiful Azure Blue with the leather embroidered floral prints are the perfect combination for the warmer season! My favourite part about this Willow Bucket is that all the embellishments are on the crossbody strap only. This makes styling very versatile! You can choose to go all minimalistic with the shoulder strap or wear it with a bit of embellishments with the crossbody! There are also matching wallet and Swinger 20 in the same leather embroidery!!!

The season seems to be about cuteness and compactness but I do prefer the regular size over the 20 as well! Just a bit more size and the extra crossbody strap!

Is this in your store only? I can't find it on the website. TY.
The bag is from SS21 so it’s not current. The customization offering is in selected stores only but you can log on to US website and play with the online app. Hope this helps.

Do you know if Coach is going to do anymore bags with silver/nickel hardware for summer?
I have seen a lot of (or any) silver/nickel this season. Most hardware this time is brass and a few black cooper.
YAWEI Thank you! Yes it seems like Coach prefers the brass! I wish they’d use more of the nickel!
Hello, how long does it take to get the tea roses added to your bag?
For me 2-3 tea roses takes about 10-15 minutes. I’d say the most time consuming part is deciding the design layout. Once that’s out of the way the actual putting on the tea roses is quick.
@@byyawei If I were to go into the store and ask to add tea roses to the bag I just bought are they added that same day? Would I have to go back to pick up my bag another day?
I can only speak on behalf of my store (Coach Vancouver) because I’m the craftsman here 😆 Check with your local store first to see if they have craftsman on duty all the time and what is their turnaround timeline because some stores do not offer customization on site then they’d have to send it out for you. If you are in Canada, I can direct you to the nearest offering locations. Hope that helps!
