Just received my willow bucket in chalk. The leather is sooooo soft, love how both straps can be removed, the width of the straps are comfortable on my shoulder, with nice contrasting color from the bag. 💜💜 Soo gorgeous. Love love love!

Hello! Thanks for the awesome review! Been looking for reviews for this one. However, may I ask if an iPad 8th gen would fit inside the Willow Shoulder Bag?
The shoulder bag is 12.5” L x 9” H and the iPad 8th gen is 9.8” x 6.8” so it should fit.
Question about the hangtag on the black bucket bag! At 4:50, i see the hang tag is oxblood, but I'm looking at the coach website (both Canada and USA) and the picture is of a black hangtag. Did this change? I much prefer the oxblood tag! And this is a super informative video, thank you!
I know I already answered you on DM but I’m just repeating the answer here for others who might be wondering. I only have the Willow shoulder bag in the store now and the hangtag is oxblood. Unfortunately I couldn’t locate a Willow bucket to confirm the actual hangtag colour.

I'm trying to chose between the Willow shoulder and the Willow bucket and found this video...thank you, was really helpful!! Now I'm wondering about the chalk color, is it off-white enough to serve as a winter white? I'm thinking maybe so since it's being shown with the fall line? Thanks!
This was launched as part of Spring Summer 21 collection but the white should go with darker winter style as well. I think it will definitely lighten up the look.

Video is exactly what I was looking for! What could I use to clean the leather if I purchase white color option?
You can get the coach leather cleaner and moisturizer for that. They are formulated for coach leather. Use the cleaner to remove stain and use the moisturizer to prevent leather from cracking. Kinda of like putting on lotion after cleaning!

Hoping you can help!! I have managed to loose my cross body strap from my Willow bucket bag. I have it in chalk colour block so strap in beige colour. Coach customer service UK not very helpful - said I need to go back to Shop (John Lewis) who said I need to go back to Coach! I am hoping I can purchase a new one?? but not sure how. thank you
I wish I could help you but as far as I know Coach doesn’t offer part replacement as part of their after sale service. I left the company last August so I don’t know how much has changed. But from your description it might still be the same case.
I want the black one but they don't have it anymore in that size in Coach. It looks more elegant in the small version. 😭😭😭😭

The chain that holds my leather coach tag caught on to something and snapped off. Now I don't have anything to reattach it to my bag, will coach replace the chain?
They might have some spare chains for the hangtags sold in store that they can give you. But the colour or the finish might not match exactly the same as your original one.
Why is the willow bucket bag cheaper than the town bucket bag? The willow has more features and seems better constructed but I like the simplicity of the town bucket bag.
I just double checked on the prices. I think for original price styles the Willow bucket still costs more than town bucket. There is a summer sale discount on some colours of the Willow bucket bags and those might be cheaper than the tow bucket bags.

The shoulder bag is bigger than the bucket bag. You can also check the website for the specific measurements. I’d say these are medium / small handbags.

You can actually find the measurement on the official website as well. The width for both the bucket (small) and shoulder bag (large) are very similar. One is 4.25” and the other is 4.5”

Yes the small town bucket is the outlet version of the Charlie bucket bag so it’s very similar!

Coach has its own brand leather cleaner and conditioner. They also offer in store complimentary leather care on coach leather bags. You can either buy the cleaning kit and do it at home or consult your local stores for care instructions.
