MABDR video #5, finished section #1 and #2 almost!! 😊

In this video I finish section #1 and #2, well not all of #2. It was getting late in the day and I was tired, hungry and needed gas. So I skipped the last part of the route to fuel up. I think that may have been the famous Tub Run Road because I don't remember going down it.
After getting gas and eating at the Point Bank General Store and restaurant, I decided to go to Covington Virginia to get a motel room. The only place to stay in Paint Bank was $300 a night. ☹️
The scenery was beautiful on these sections of the route. I was enjoying myself. The roads were in good condition, some loose gravel but I made it through ok.
It was nice to drive through and look at Mountain Lake Lodge in Pembroke Virginia again, I was there in June on my GoldWing with my niece Christy. It is the film location of the Dirty Dancing movie. I have a video of that visit if you would like to check it out.
After leaving the Lodge the route was dirt/gravel roads and it was beautiful....my favorite part of the whole route so far.
The fall colors are really starting to come alive the farther north I get.🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂
Sorry there was no sound on any of my videos this day..... sometimes I like that! Just beautiful scenery and music! 🎵 You gotta love a GoPro and a Purple Panda mic! 😊 You never know when it will work. ☹️ Or at least that has been my experience. 🤔
