Dr. Rick Sessinghaus is a Southern California PGA Professional, the Director of FlowCode Golf Academy and the life-long golf swing and mental game coach to Collin Morikawa.
He has been a guest on the #OntheMark show before and he joins Mark Immelman to discuss "The Flow Code" as a mental approach to better Motivation, Focus, Confidence, Execution and Performance.

This is so bang on with my game. I’ve missed easyish shots and instantly asked myself what was I frightened of. My flow state and best rounds have been when drinking having a good time not when card in hand Saturday medal!
