All good ideas but I REALLY loved the Picture Layout. To be able to use many photos and immediately have them cropped to a great design... wow that was wonderful!

I did have a question about the thumbnail used for this video. There is a picture of a road that is splitting down the middle with the sun and sky in the distance. There is also a little tree hanging on the right side of the split road. I have looked everywhere to try to figure out how you could create any of that in PowerPoint? Please show us video cropping techniques too. If we crop, some videos get distorted in slide show. Also wanted multiple videos to be played on one slide simultaneously

Thank you but at 3:39 you show a "Picture Layout" option that is not available on the Mac - I have the most up to date version via 365. I have only "Picture Border" and "Picture Effects" - are there any workarounds?
I have gone around the outline of my shape. But it won't let me click the merge shape option! It's faded and unclickabke. Please help. This is driving me nuts!!@

Can you try by going to SmartArt and inserting a SmartArt Graphic for Picture? You should be able to find the same options there as well.
