    Prawns - 350 grams (12 to 15)
    Cauliflower - 1 small
    Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup (extract milk or use 1/2 cup readymade coconut milk)
    Raw rice - 1 tsp (opt)
    Garlic - 8 to 10 cloves
    Onion - 1 medium
    Bottle Masala or any Red Masala - 3 tsp (or as per taste)
    Tamarind - 1 small ball soaked in 1/2 cup water
    Coriander leaves
    Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
