I eat lean cuisine when I feel like I need spaghetti with meat sauce oh and I do make me a couple of pieces of garlic toast and a nice salad! And that’s not cheating it all fits into my diet but sometimes I do eat the real spaghetti when my family comes over.

Here's a good recipe this is how i do my spaghetti :
Brown 1 lb of hamburger and 1lb of ground Italian sausage
Add 1 green pepper and 1 package of fresh mushrooms, stir well
Add your favorite pasta sauce; i use Ragu Garden Combination the 45 ounce bottle, stir well
Let simmer for an hour or 2
DELICIOUS trust me! 😊
