Nozaki's English VA in particular is amazing because he does a great deadpan voice that makes the absurd things he says sometimes even funnier. and his sort of detached vibe is appropriate for Nozaki, who is a strange, confidently oblivious Artist. he's funnier than more obviously crazy characters because he is absolutely out to lunch, but everything he says sounds reasonable, at least for a second.
