As someone for whom GL was my favorite hero long before it was cool that game being dropped was a sore spot. I was even ready to save my allowance for an SNES (I was a Genesis kid) when I first read an article about it being made. Then, I kept asking Nintendo friends if it had come out and I missed it.
I've been using background beats since the beginning of the channel (2017) for videos that I think might reach outside the core movie collecting audience. Background beats are all over the cereal reviews. It's strange to think about, but it keeps casual/impulse audiences engaged longer.
@@CerealAtMidnight Wow, seriously, I never noticed until this last video. Maybe it was a level thing on my end, but I honestly don't remember any background music/beats. One sec...
Sorry, but I don't hear anything in the background during your "August 2020 HorrorPack Unboxing - An Autograph and Bianca the Horror Cat!" video (random pick). Regardless, now I'm going to be ultra sensitive about it. ;) Thanks Heath!
Bianca requested no beats in that one! (I honestly don't remember if they're in there or not). Maybe they're louder in the game video? I bet that's it. Next time I use them, I'll put them in the front and my dialogue in the background, and it can be like I'm telling folks about something over drinks in a club. Hee hee.
Just checked! The last video I put them in was the Golden Grahams video two weeks ago. They're low in the mix though. Definitely louder this time around.
It doesn't! I can't find anything at the GamesThatWerent.com website either. Wasn't that game released as Nosgoth? I never played it. There's a really good wikipedia entry for Dead Sun complete with some quotes from some of the people behind the game.
Thank you for not making this video political.
Do you make your own intro and outro music?
I make everything except the music that plays over the Patreon Rock Stars screen.
What's going on? Nothing

Background Beats?
Weird, Heath.

Looks awesome! 👍🏻
Does this have anything on legacy of Kain dead sun?!

@@CerealAtMidnight nope. I believe it was scrapped and nosgoth was built ground up. Stupid decision to cancel it. It looked so clean too
