Andy's Mom = Jessie's Owner? Toy Story 2 Theory

For years, Pixar fans have theorized that Jessie's original owner, Emily...is Andy's Mom. While I was going frame-by-frame through Toy Story 2 for my easter egg video, I found some pretty compelling evidence to support the theory. Have I cracked this case wide open, or have I just cracked?
Cut for time: In the Art of Toy Story, Andy's mother is given a name: Jennifer. But those books aren't canonical, they're early drafts and abandoned concepts. No, the canonical answer is that Emily's best friend murdered and ate her, then took her name. NO FURTHER QUESTIONS.
A few people are also claiming that Woody has been in the family for decades, but the only "evidence" we have for that...comes from Andy's Mom herself. And would you trust a cannibal? I think not.
