The absolute fuck are you talking about? Put any antenna from Kenwood, Yaesu, Icom etc onto a VNA and it will blow those stupid ali-express bits of plastic out of the water. If you're seeing some kind of performance increase it is probably because the antennas you started with are tuned for ham bands not commercial.

Waste of time and money. Some are 75 ohms and most are not waterproof. A tuned antenna with a SMA is preferred in the HT world.
