A villain who was really wanting to have a good time, mess around, maybe trick the hero to their side for the lols. It all doesn't go according to plan, and they go absolutely apeshit.
I love that Sonic is consistently the one to point out that the character (often times the antagonist/ villain) is very much losing it in the later part of each dub. It's an underappreciated gag that gets overshadowed by "long time no see" and other common sonic bits-
Sonic gets them to lay off Eggman by the end of the SA2 fandub and he points out that The Devil from Bibe is losing it. He doesn't meet Memphis Tennessee outside of being murdered by him, and Sonic Riders only half counts because Sonic IS the antagonist in that dub.
This is great! I love all the little details and visual gags, like Black Bull donating to charity, Amy always being out of frame and how Black Doom breaks the 4th wall by pushing the borders and taking the stick from the demon in that little vision-bubble-thing. (Also the demon kinda looks like a humanoid version of the Frenzy Wisp, dunno if that's intentional or not)
I literally love this but especially how “the devil, from the Bible” is animated. Like, in the actual game he has just about no indication of his emotions or literally anything but chases voice acting just gives so much and you can almost see it, and this video visualizes that so well so great job 🔥🔥🔥

I like that Chase was trying to find that one line that’s going to show, no, _prove_ he’s angry, and he digs deep in his mind palace, and he throws his darts at the mental dartboard littered with pinned notecards, and he gets, “This means nothing… to *me.”* …And it just feels _amazing._ The simplicity. The realness. The honesty. Like warheads candy: it’s painful, but it tastes so good. So he quickly polishes it up and says, “This means *_NOTHING_* to me! Alright? You mean *_NOTHING_* to me!” Which is the most devastating line someone can say to anyone, period. That everything you stand for, everything you’ve done, your entire existence has been, to this person, for naught. Nothing. Then, towards the end, he brings it back one more time for the most powerful finisher of a speech I’ve heard, maybe ever: “This is *_NOTHING_* to me! You mean *_NOTHING_* to me! *_I_* *_HATE_* *_YOU!!!_* *_I_* *_HATE_* *_YOU!!!!!”_* I’d _like_ say this is pure rage. That would be an understatement; this is distilled rage, concentrated rage, rage that has boiled and boiled within him until it has become its purest, most potent form. Anyways, this is unironically one of the best breakdown scenes I’ve seen, if you discount the jokes and jabs. (They aren’t bad jokes, but it kinda takes away from Chase’s/The Devil’s absolute breakdown.)

Despite this being a Sonic fandub, this is honestly the most modern yet still accurate personification of the devil in terms of character traits and mentality. He says he's actually the good guy when in reality he has a case of logical fallacy, he's very apathetic towards other people and their problems, he thinks he's entitled to everything because of his power and likes to showcase that fact to people he believes are beneath him, he also has hate problems and is very insulting all around. Very much the the Devil.
I mean, if you ignore dumb Christian BS the devil is the good guy, though. He literally got neglected by his father because Daddy wanted to give all his time to his game of Sims.
The expressions and gestures in this are phenomenal and I adore the little things like Black Doom(?) (I haven't played the game) pushes back the split screen and reaches into the vision of hell to revoke everyone's Hot Sticks privileges
