Not sure if any of you would agree, but I've found that Blade in a team with Welt, Bailu and Yukong has been insane. I've tried the other comps too, but for me I've found this to be the best 🤷
I see a lot of people not noticing that Blade actually advance his turn forward a 100% when he uses his skill, which is why you think Luocha heals him mid-turn and this is another reason why running him with Bronya or any other harmony character might need a little bit of planning here and there to make it work properly, it's not as straightforward as some people are making it look like.
I just used gepard with him so that I can guarantee blade's hp to 1 without worrying the risk of dying, he consumes his hp every turn so I dont have to worry about talent stack the downside though is that it takes so long to stack up his talent
There is a Blade 4 star light cone which boosts your attack and when you defeat an enemy you restore a % of your max HP. It's quite useful tbh. I don't have Blade yet as he is gonna be back in 1.6

@@Slackerhun It's mildly worth it to spend Embers, Herta Vouchers, and even some Jade to get up to 300 pulls for your choice. Even more so if there is a unit (like Bronya) that is very valuable. After 300 pulls, you just rely on the free sources. If I get to 7 Standard passes I consider dropping some Jade for the 10 pull. Fortunately I got Bronya on my first Standard Pity. I then saved up Embers for her signature LC and it has been incredibly worth it. Hell when I hit 300 I might take her again because her E1 is so good.
@@Slackerhun Depends on how much you play the game. You get 5 passes per month with Embers. 4 passes from the Nameless pass per month. 6 passes per month from the Herta store. There are 27 characters in the game, each rewarding 3 passes for their 1st, 3rd and 5th ascension. This means 81 passes. 48, assuming the only 5-stars you got are Trailblazer and the guaranteed 5-star from the 50-pity banner. There is a new banner every ~21 days. Assuming each one has a new 5-star and *at least one* new 4-star, that's ~4 passes per month on average. And the Trailblazing will event awards 40 of these. So, with a starter amount of 88-121, plus the average monthly rate of 19, it would likely take 9,4 to 11,4 months to get to 300, without spending any Star Jade or Starlight. Assuming you hit the 4-star pity and the 5-star hard-pity every time, those 88-121 starting amount yields enough Starlight for 12-17 extra passes, which can save almost a month if you're willing to sacrifice the Limited Event passes. And of course, depending on your luck and if decide to spend Star Jade, the process can go immensely faster.

As a little extra sauce, Herta's Store LC Fall of an Aeon might be as good or better than his signature LC, unless they buff his LC of course. So if you wanna go deep for DHIL you might as well aim for E2 before his LC.
Wish I had Seele but I’ll definitely be grinding to get Bronya & Gepard once I’m done obtaining Kafka.
Was talking to my friend about how good blade was to the point where he can solo SU. So i showed him, got Disciplinary Flicker on second blessing. His jaw dropped when he kept healing and not dying. He wants him now.
Those who are kinda feeling bad for not getting Loucha don't worry. Lynx will be an amazing 4* healer for Blade so just wait for her.
You never disappoint me with your Genshin guides, and now that I play HSR, and got Blade, I knew this guide was the one I needed
I just won my 2 50 50 in a row
didn't expect to get blade at all and was hoping to lose 50 so I can pull for black swan
but I am happy :) cause I wanted blade for a long time
this guide has helped me so much. thanks a lot for making guide, its so detailed, explaining everything. i really appreciate your efforts
i ALWAYS wait for your guides, theyre the best and most understandable idk why
Unfortunate that the BP destruction LC isn't good for him sigh.
Blade + Otto is really good!
i know its so sad that he (and dan heng) are on a light cone that he cant even use lmao
@MinhQan
Okay... Chillax lol! Save it for your fan fiction. You don't want me to say it.
@@dadian803 lol what are you on about?
@MinhQan???????? 🤮🤮🤮🤡🤡🤡
@MinhQangay
Not sure if any of you would agree, but I've found that Blade in a team with Welt, Bailu and Yukong has been insane. I've tried the other comps too, but for me I've found this to be the best 🤷
I got him today after losing 50/50 to Himeko, first 10 pull after.
WOW! Zy0x is very calm and gives much information. Bet he’s like this in his streams!
I JUST GOT HIM ON 50/50 I'VE REALLY WANTED HIM I'M SO HAPPY 😭😭😭 now time to build him
Thanks bro🙏 saving up for Blade soon in the supposed 1.6 update
I just used gepard with him so that I can guarantee blade's hp to 1 without worrying the risk of dying, he consumes his hp every turn so I dont have to worry about talent stack the downside though is that it takes so long to stack up his talent
Zy i watched you for years and still i can't underatand a single sht of what u saying i dont even know what am doing here but i like ur content
There is a Blade 4 star light cone which boosts your attack and when you defeat an enemy you restore a % of your max HP. It's quite useful tbh. I don't have Blade yet as he is gonna be back in 1.6
I use: blade, silver wolf, bronya, and lynx. And that works for me.
zy0x giving us a good lore accurate guide with bronseele dying together
I just got blade! My first toon I got from a 5 star pull! So hyped that I got him!!!
Wow! Mr socks used Loucha with blade throughout the entire video maybe i should look into the loucha guide to create a blade and loucha team . Oh ! Wait KEKWait
Psst, just wait for Lynx next patch. Giving Blade aggro value is gonna be insanely good.
Lynx isn’t in the next patch.
@@bate01071 lacking critical information I see :)
@@bate01071 lol
As a frequent zy0x clips watcher it’s always a jumpscare to hear professional zy0x voice lmao
Truly one of the blade guides of all time
Blade is insane just like this content creator.
Doesn't his skill also buff his burst? If so then that's another good reason to go Skill>Burst.
Yukong actually feels decent with blade because of the skill point balance. I play himeko blade yukong and it feels quite good because follow up attacks and burst doesn’t consume yukong charge.
Use bronya if you can. Yukong provides atk% and it's useless for him. I know she also provides cr and cdmg but that's like 3-4 turns. Defense shred might be better if you dont have bronya. Pela can be good for that
@@icarus2679 I play both Pela and Yukong with him. It works and I dont have Bronya. The overall buffs during a fight that Yukong gives Blade are better than Tingyun from what I have noticed, which is why I prefer Yukong for him. Ofc Bronya is better but you gotta work with what you have
@@sara_s1737 i also don't have bronya. Instead of adding a harmony character, I put a second DPS which is better imo. Right now my team is Sushang (she's C6), Blade, Pela and Bailu.
@@icarus2679 Why not both? But yeah, I only have Yukong also. But I use her to buff two DPS.
Thanks for the guide Mr strimmer! Glad to see you finally found a tall character to main!
i didn’t know zy0x made hsr character guides 😂
I got him last night I'm f2p so I even emptied out my staright exchange just to get him and I got so lucky, can't wait to build him
I GOT BRONYA AND THEN I SAW BLADE WHEN I HIT SKIP THANKS FOR THE LUCK MR CALMEST STREAMER OF ALL TIME
I can't believe I got blade today, I was trying to complete the eidolons for Shushang and Arlan.
Blade and Tingyun are so nice for SP economy, I dont even have enough spenders in my current comp and it's about to get worse 😂
I wanna say. I am NOT planning to pull for him but I would absolutely sell a kidney for even a second of Zy0x saying absolutely anything. It's amazing how much of his lamenting I consume per day.
My therapist says it's a parasocial relationship but I know he's wrong, I just really like watching adhdesque tall guys.
I have wanted Bronya ever since I got Seele. But now even more so because I got Blade. Kinda hope she would be in a limited banner.
u cant get her when u reach 300 summons
@@Arenas95 Oh yeah I totally forgot. Now only to wait until I get to 300 standard pulls. (feel like it'll take at least a year)
@@Slackerhun It's mildly worth it to spend Embers, Herta Vouchers, and even some Jade to get up to 300 pulls for your choice.
Thank you for the Blade guide!!
Any plans for a Luocha guide Mr.Socks?
i've been waiting for this. thank youu!
me too but I was waiting for luocha and he never make one
When I first played this game, his banner was going to end after 3 days. And now he has nowhere to run
Getting him was much easier than Kafka
another added thing: blades bis is actually bailus lc! even tho the paths dont match it works much better than his signature. 😊
A bunch of raw hp is not better than his sig or arlans LC man
@@collinknowles5333 Pretty sure they're not really serious.
@@GamingFreakShow1991 with the mouth breathing profile pic I couldn't tell
@@collinknowles5333ok one it was a joke about how zy0x got bailus lightcone instead of blades while wishing on the lc banner, and 2, it doesnt even work on him because your lightcone needs to match your path, which i mentioned in the og comment
Lucid interval Zy0x making guides is my spirit animal
1:17 nah why's he sound like a newscaster "he will consume TEN PERCENT of his hp" "experts say the situation may not be resolved for SEVERAL WEEKS over to you jerry"
'hey guys welcome back to my blade-' he came that very moment
I feel sad now since I failed to get luocha
I have Loucha and always keep him in my team so I stopped building natasha, but he was constantly reviving my blade so I just didn't use him since I thought hebwas like hu tao.
This is a great news
After watching this video attentively I can conclude that it's indeed one of the blade guides.
I was waiting for this guide...his relic stats priority was somewhat confusing to me ^^;
i barely play hsr, heck my laptop refused to update it a couple of months ago, but i love blade, so am here.
man i should have gotten luocha, but i got silver wolf and thought natasha would be enough healing
Im running the 3 star lightcone i had put it on arlan cause i didnt have a better option and though the passive is actually really good it just feels bad running a 3 star and i almost caved on the weapon banner but i must resist for Lunae and Fu xuan 😅
Thanks mr socks very nicee
I’m just waiting for the 1.6 blade guide
Aware
I doubt there is any improvement
I have Blade and his Light Cone (I ran him with Arlan's lightcone before I got it). He is so fun to play and run. He works in virtually any comp that you want. I run him with Preservation Trailblazer (more for my other characters and not blade), Bailu, and a free slot for another character depending on the area (I usually rotate between Yukong, Yanqing, Jing Yuan and Seele).
Since I also got Welt Lightcone from standard banner right after Blade, I think I'll run Blade, Welt, Luocha, SilverWolf.
Where do I find more relevant ornaments? All I’ve been using are the ones that require 120 speed…
Finally my e3 Bronya can show her power. Only one Bronya left to dream wind team. I got no other standard champions besides Bronya 😅
I played with him in the event and I'm so mad at myself for skipping him. Screw Kafka, I'm saving for his rerun
Zy0x actually making a guide for a tall wind character😮
I forgot blade does follow up attack and forgot about the innert salsotto set and instead i farmed for the new planer ornmanets at double drop
I didn't force myself to get his eidolons. I got e2 blade in just 15 wishes and I need to build him well now.
he's definitely a solid character, nice guide
Thank u socks for another amazing guide, i will enjoy Blade’s damage in 3 months bye (maxing all traces, lightcone and chara lvl, and farm his set) 😂
Currently running clara blade luocha and tingyun to buff clara and they're insane together.
me 0.001 seconds after getting blade:
*Agressively opens Zy0x guide*
(editing after watching) Amazing guide as always, Zy0x. Thank u so much
Sadly it took me 155 pulls. Wasted all my saved up gems from day one. But after losing my 50/50 at pull 77 and then taking another 78 pulls to get his guarantee I have my Bade. Luckily my 50/50 lose was Bronya. Now I have Bronya, SW, Luocha and Blade as my main team. Now to save up again for another few months and get jing liu. Hope everyone who wanted him was lucky enough to get him. He is such an amazing character especially with Loucha the two of them can duo all end game content with relative ease.
