@fromthesidelines Sparse is right, i nearly thought the traditional Scheib feel wasn't going to appear in the music, then after 4 minutes, the traditional Scheib music pops up, it's that easy to notice, thanks for the notes on the release date.
Originally released in January 1956. Directed by Connie Rasinski; story by Tom Morrison, and a VERY sparse music score by Philip A. Scheib. Jim Tyer is the key animator. An attempt to feature Little Roquefort's nemesis, Percy, in his own cartoon. Most of this features a carillon from an "outside source"!! In fact, the cue from 5:08-5:53 was later recycled in the Terry Bears' "Baffling Bunnies"!
park avenue is know as 7th avenue ,manhattan, new york, city of course, they also called newyork newyork really , how sick that can be , so much for the intelligent people,

Sparse music score, yes. But overall I enjoyed this cartoon. Very heartwarming and the animation is not bad either.

Is this soundtrack something that was added in for blind children?
Is that the same Percy who pursues Little Roquefort?
