Hello dear UA-camr, join me on a candid artistic adventure where I lay it all out. In this video, I dive deep into the ups and downs of my painting process, discovering the importance of being true to my art.
I'll admit, I started this painting journey without my heart fully in it, all while being aware of the camera's presence. It wasn't for the right reasons, but that's all part of the learning process, right? It took me a day of work to realize it, but that's perfectly okay.
I made an attempt to shake things up to keep it interesting, only to realize I was making mistakes again. It wasn't until almost the end that I grabbed a big black acrylic marker and started making bold black marks to shake myself out of this rut.
I played with colors, changed my subjects numerous times, said goodbye to the top background, and introduced fresh hues. All in pursuit of the elusive artistic connection. The lesson here is clear: when I paint without my full dedication, it just doesn't click.
But here's the silver lining - I discovered my patience and perseverance. I stuck with it until I was truly satisfied, and it took me three days of four-hour sessions to bring this creation to life.

Hello Carolyn, thank you for your comment 🥰. I use Golden, Holbein and Tri-Art. I love to blend my colours during the process and it makes unique colour tones. My favorite colours are unbleach titanium, golden yellow, bleu phthalo, Naples yellow etc….I pick and choose without even noticing what I am using….the exact colour combination would be impossible to tell…..
