This was the first episode I ever listened to. I didn’t even know who Jim was. This story is so hysterical, that I kept listening, and got to know wrestling better. Up til then, I was someone who’d only occasionally watch WWF from the 80’s to the 90’s.
I bought a fan package but didn’t get to see Jim, Harley, or Shiek. But I did see Foley and Brooke Hogan

I don’t think you have to worry about that. I’ve seen Jim at several cons, and he always seems to be having a great time whenever he is at one. Like Robin said, he likely won’t be going to Fanboy again, but you’ll still be able to see him at other cons.

I agree with Joe Massey on this one. When you get booked for something like this, you should be able to trust that the person who booked you has set up the accommodations you agreed to in advance, especially when they gave you a confirmation number.

I was there and it actually wasn’t all that bad except for anything wrestling. Paul Reubens arrived at his booth 45 minutes later than he said he would be there, but that wasn’t anyone’s fault at con management, and there any number of reasons for it. I missed meeting Barbie Blank thanks to that, since she left for her photo op while we were waiting for Paul, but she’s young and has more appearances booked in the next few months. It’s probably just a matter of time before she makes her way around again. I would imagine the same is probably true of everyone else I missed out on meeting except for Harley Race and Iron Sheik.

Mike Lewis they were all at the Hotel Knoxville .75 Miles away. Not sure who told Jim 4points, but wasnt us. All he had to do was wait a little more than 15 minutes and he would have been checking into his room for the weekend. Nobody got screwed over.
