Great stuff…former US Army SOF senior leader who worked in the industry for 4 years. I worked for a big company that the biggest tree company in the US purchased. All kinds of issues and they couldnt figure out how simple the solutions were. Very rigid, no communication, no upward movement, overworked, and honestly crews couldnt handle all of the daily workload because they overpromised/oversold. Horrible culture. Keep up the good work!!
