One thing, the arm that moves backwards should better be moving sidewards, in the same (plane) direction as the other arm, when both arms stop quickly the resulting force will be in the right direction, same direction as push off. When one arm is moving fast half backwards the resulting power of that swing will not be effective for the full 100%. Another bad side effect of the arm not swinging sidewards is the reactional force trying to rotate body left-right. So keep armswing sidewards and fast. Nice movie💪
