I just turned 25 and life is hitting me straight in the face. I’ve been watching ASMR for atleast 10 years. I’ve seen just about every form of ASMR, but nothing has made me feel more grounded/reassured than this video. Thank you ❤️
"Sometimes we store it if we don't give it the attention it needs". Soooo true. I'm still working on releasing things I accidentally, unintentionally, and subconsciously stored when I was going through some hectic/hard times.
I have never heard a whispered voice this comforting and relaxing. I feel like I am subconsciously planning my sleep cycle tonight, so that I may get the best rest possible. Thank you so much.

I miss the intros where you showed close ups of all your beautiful crystals and stones you planned to use in the session. I found that to be visually soothing, helpful in identifying certain stones, and a perfect beginning to a powerfully helpful healing and relaxation session.
