Re you loving Mini Cheddars, a) same! b) have you tried just Cheddars? The same thing but bigger and in packs like crackers, even better than the mini ones!
I've never eaten (or even seen) half of these flavours! When you were trying the Dorito Stax, you were really channelling the spirit of the judges on the Great British Bake Off 😂
As a kid… a bag of walkers ready salted crisps and sprinkle real vinegar on them… towards the bottom of the bag there’s a nice pickle, salty mushiness 😂😂😂… lubbly jubbly
Let us know if you have any suggestions for new crisps or snacks to try! If you haven't seen it yet, check out this video where we try Monster Munch, Space Raiders, and other British crisps for the first time: ua-cam.com/video/nVmaKvFRpds/v-deo.html
Funny how your favourite crisps are McCoys, when they first launched they were marketed as an American style chip. The slogan was the big chip from the big country. You should go to a corner shop if back here and try some of the wacky corn snacks like Transform a Snack, Oinks, Quarterbacks, tangy toms and Johnny’s onion rings.
Quarterbacks were amazing I have rarely seen them around the past few years! The last time I saw them was in home bargains!/b&m in a multipack and they restricted people to buy 2 at a time max... Was not impressed
Love Tayto Cheesatees, they come in a,6 pack individual packs, or one single big pack. Trouble is I can't stop eating them, get them here in Dublin, but sure that Tayto would do a very similarir identical one in Great Britain as well. Try them
Hi, from England. I have recently discovered M and S Cheese Tasters ( what Really Cheesy Wotsits wish they were....) They are sold on British Corner Shop online and 'knock regular Wotsits into a cocked hat' ( a quirky British saying ) Love your 'work' - it's so bright, funny and thoughtful, and you're both so adorable!
Dip a cheesy twist into an onion n garlic or a sour cream dip…. Same with those triangulate shaped Doritos…. Lush on a stick! 😂….and slosh some Philadelphia (other cream cheeses are available) on your cheesy biccies! You will enjoy!
Watched from UK. Really enjoy your videos. What on earth do you do with all the packets of crisps you buy? Obviously if they're flavours you like you'll eat them but what happens to those that you don't like? Hope you both have a great Christmas. Not that it's as big in the USA as it is here but have a merry one anyway! XX
its nice for americans to show that our food isnt all dry and disgusting. 😅 it is honestly refreshing. And those giant wotsits are bloody amazing. It is honestly amazing to see foreign people embrace our culture rather than being disappointed we arent stereotypes. I do have a question that I have always wanted to ask an american. Were you surprised to hear and see how different people are when we live relatively close to each other? (Especially compared to how big the US is) just stuff like how everyones accents are different and everything.
I'm an American who lived in the U.K for two years and still visit whenever I get a chance. I love the British food and products you have. There's many I wish we had over here.
Loved this one - we leave for UK in less than two weeks and I haven’t been since studying abroad at Edinburgh U…can’t wait to eat our way through both England and Scotland!! 😍
I bought a couple of packets of the beetroot and parsnip crisps from Tesco's a while back. Honestly it was like eating razor blades! They were so bloody sharp. Put me off them.
I hear you mention Chicken in a biscuit, Burton who makes the salt and vinegar fishes, back in the 1980's also made a chicken version and they were yummy.
The cheese twisters are easy to make if you can get hold of puff pastry grate some cheese and layer it in the pastry roll fold and repeat 5 times then cut into strips then bake
Love Walkers roast chicken, beef and onion. Wish we had those flavors in the US. Also look for Marmite flavored crisps. Oh, you say you don't like Marmite? Never mind.
In Canada we can get the cheese sticks under the brand name John Macy’s Cheese Sticks. I checked the website and they sell them at Albertsons (not sure what state)….they are so good! Love your UA-cam channel!
Are you still here in the UK? I’d love to see you try ‘Snaps ‘ tomato crisps 🍅 (most supermarkets) and the salt and black pepper combo mix from m&s, if you haven’t already! Also try walnut whips at m&s! Some of my faves! X
All Americans should say Worcester sauce, much easier and what we say anyway 😂 hadn’t got to end of video when I last commented, just seen the fish and chips - love them
My wife's sister is a production manager at Jacobs in Liverpool. Her teams, given the constraints of mass production, are motivated to quality production. Not every product appeals to everyone. Twiglets an example.
As always great content, I've enjoyed the trip across UK, The cruise, Arizona and the old western style town... I'm interested though KFC has been big here for years, which is the best fried chicken in America ??
There are a lot more options for fast food fried chicken in the US. Popeye's and Chick-fil-A are probably the most popular (although Chick-fil-A have a reputation for being anti-LGBTQ+, so some people don't go there), but there will also be a lot of independent fried chicken places similar to British fish and chip shops.
Has to be said nobody calls it Kentucky Fried Chicken in the UK, in fact I would bet a lot of people don't know what KFC stands for. But yeah, if your town has a KFC then it's a town. If it doesn't, then it's a big village
The Mexican chilli salsa is probably my favourite doritos stax flavour. The flaming hot wotsits also my favourite, in terms of flaming hot wotsits or monster munch, they are made for kids so they don't make them ridiculously spicy. We do have some spicier crisps like the walkers max strong jalapeño cheese flavour but they are not gonna blow your head off either. Also chorizo originated in the iberian peninsula (Spain, Portugal) but variations have spread across the Latin American countries
You need to try Brannigans crisps. I'm not sure you've tried them yet? If not then I hope someone sends you some. Or maybe try them on your next UK visit. They do roast beef and mustard flavour but my favourites are the ham and pickle flavour.
4:00 yes! The giant wotsit are decent, I like the prawn cocktail ones and the flaming hots. And yes, we DO do better crackers here😅. Edit, eat the whole pack and say it’s not spicy enough…. It’s a cumulative experience.
I'm a Brit and mostly like a light salt and vinegar on my food. Even on fish and chips, I refuse in-house salt and vinegar - I use Saxa salt and vinegar spray - I even use it on my salad.
If yo are still in uk you should definitely pack a large box full of all your favourite uk treats as tight possibly and ship them back to your home address. So when you get home you have a nice selection of tasty treats to nibble on.
I also think KFC is everywhere is because at the time they started coming here there was no real competition, now every other takeaway does southern fried chicken
the next time you come over check out the meat counters and butchers stores and compare the meat cuts to the US meat cuts as that is another difference between the countries, i mean US bacon is like our belly pork slices, not like the thin slices we get.
@@TheMagicGeekdom we bought a new airfryer the double one as its better than our 10 year old one and ive been making all kinds of meals in it, next time we go to our daughters in US i will be teaching her how to cook english dishes again, this time around just wasnt long enough to say we were there a month lol
Pringles are ingredients are very different between US and UK which may account for the difference in price. Shorter shelly life in UK perhaps? My wife tried US Pringles when we were on a cruise and she got a migraine from them and when we checked them and saw one of the US ingredients was one of the things that trigger her migraines. That ingredient is not used in UK.
You need to try Walkers Max Strong crisps, they do them in 3 flavours, hot chicken wings, jalapeño and hot sauce blaze. The wings are very zingy, the jalapeño ones will take you breath away, they are really hot! I've not had the hot sauce one yet of as they've recently been introduced.

All the American fast foods seem more popular in UK than in the US. It's weird. And the best part about KFC is the American buttermilk biscuits and UK doesn't even have them.
It is kind of weird. The UK food quality and varieties seem better even with the US brands. The McDonalds fries in the UK aren't quite right though. I imagine that they are better for you though.

Why do Americans drop the 'H' from the word 'Herbs'? Fine if you are in France as that is the way of pronouncing it, but elsewhere we have a hard 'H'. Why not in that case say 'Allo' for 'Hello' or 'Elicopter' for 'Helicopter'? Always baffles me but I'm strange like that! Love ridged crisps but don't particularly like Hula Hoops. Salt & Vinegar is the work of the devil on crisps but acceptable for Chipsticks
Cheezits v Mini Cheddars; I had Cheezits when I went to the US and they tasted SO artificial, I hated them. Mini Cheddars do have a more authentic cheese taste. Not to diss US snacks and chocolate but I found the majority really artificial and chemical and not enjoyable. I guess it must be something to do with processing and ingredients I’m not used to being from the UK.
For the most part I agree. I'm kind of 50/50 on crisps and savory snacks that I enjoy US Vs UK, by UK sweets are almost uniformly better than the US. The quality is just different.
The problem with the TUC biscuits/crackers (I tend to buy the non sandwich kind.) is that once you open the packet, I end up eating the whole packet 😊 Same with Ritz where the minimum portion size seems to be a box full.
Yeah I tend not to buy them for that reason. They are great.
I think we all do that lol 😆
Exactly the same
No such thing as left over yummy cheesy crackers!, And wine!, to wash said crackers down, ofc . Or , mix it up with Ruby Port at Crimble, because I'm a bit of a food snob!. Dairy Leee on toast for tea yo!. Much love.

Kentucky UK to do list😎
You should try some of the supermarkets own brand. I actually prefer the supermarkets Frazzles over the branded ones.
Mackies of Scotland are very good quality (especially salted) and a personal favourite- Hula Hoops barbecue beef flavour. Good luck 👍
Tangy toms and transformers
bourbon biscuits dipped in coffee.

Don't forget Wales.
There are some crisp here in the UK that are carrot, parsnip, beetroot and either potato or sweet potato. They are artisan and nice.
omg i forgot about those. They are nice until you arent expecting them. Take a bite expecting potato and you need to rewire your brain. 😅
I bought a couple of packets of the beetroot and parsnip crisps from Tesco's a while back. Honestly it was like eating razor blades! They were so bloody sharp. Put me off them.

Mini cheddars are my go to , glad you like them 😊
The tuc crackers are lovely , also ritz crackers are yummy
Love salt and vinegar hula hoops but ‘fish and chips’ biscuit snack things by jacobs I think are my fave
Got to be discos
The cheese twisters are easy to make if you can get hold of puff pastry grate some cheese and layer it in the pastry roll fold and repeat 5 times then cut into strips then bake

Hi, I'm from the UK, and before I remember trying Cheezits, and they were so good...also you should try Walkers Sensations Thai Chili, also good.
The flavour is usually off in Aldi products. Tesco's and Sainsbury's ftw🤪🍰🍟🍺🍹🕺🍾🍷🍞👍
You defo need to come back, there is so many things I would get you to try in Scotland 🏴 Glasgow for longer this time 😘😍 xx

I love the tuc cheese sandwiches, yum .
They were good!
Bacon Tucs are my personal preference.
I love them, I’ve tried dunking them in tea; surprisingly nice!
Cheese twists great with dip
I like prawn cocktail walkers crisps, those cheese twists would be nice with soup. I sometimes like dips with my crisps.

They do roast beef and mustard flavour but my favourites are the ham and pickle flavour.
Brannigans stopped making Crisps years ago, but those Roast Beef and Mustard were lush
Yeah they were great lidil snacktastic are the closest
Yyyaaayy finally, American's who can pronounce " wusta " sauce correctly. Well done you lovie. And of course " wusta-sher" is Worcestershire ❤️
4:00 yes! The giant wotsit are decent, I like the prawn cocktail ones and the flaming hots. And yes, we DO do better crackers here😅.

Mature cheddar, Jacob's crackers, lurpak butter. 👍
My two recommendations for you are Pomme Bears and Frisps!

Its not just that funky cheese doesn't need to be the flavour of a cracker, it simply doesn't need to be.
Try dipping the cheese twists in a chilli hummus
Hummus chips are for dipping into hummus or dips that’s why they are saucer shaped
That makes sense. 😆
You guys should do a comparison of soft drinks UK vs US. I would love to watch that and see your opinions 😁
I also think KFC is everywhere is because at the time they started coming here there was no real competition, now every other takeaway does southern fried chicken
Pringles are often on offer for half price very rare they are full price
Interesting We didn't see ones that were on sale while we were there, but we weren't searching for them either.
the next time you come over check out the meat counters and butchers stores and compare the meat cuts to the US meat cuts as that is another difference between the countries, i mean US bacon is like our belly pork slices, not like the thin slices we get.

I wish you had tried Scampi fries, our son lives in Ohio and I have to send him over some a couple of times a year from the UK
You can just get plain Tuc, they are a little salty and similar to Ritz.
We saw them later. They seem similar.
Sea Salt an Cider Vinegar crisps are a little more subtle a lot less powerful
have you tried bridge mix?
We have not, We'll have to find that.
Try then sensation Thai chill will blow your mind Yammy
CRISPS!!!! 😀🏴

Big fan of the jalapeño and cheese ones, they’re hot yeah, but they also taste proper good.

They stopped KFC Walker's Max now but they were the best Walkers Max.
I'm English and love a bit of the old Colonel 🤪 big thumbs up from me kfc

Roast Chicken and Mustard and Bacon flavour Hula hoops 👌👌🙂🙂🙂

Have you tried the RED LEICESTER Jacobs mini cheddars?😚😘😗😍
Also like m&s wotsits
Can't go wrong with McCoy's.
They were nice!
Don't goto Japan around Christmas time then as they sell out at KFC for Christmas dinner. Oh it's true it's damn true

UK Ingredients: Potatoes, Blend of Non-Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils (Rapeseed, Sunflower, in varying amounts), Dextrose (predominantly added at beginning of the potato season).
Prepared in the restaurants using a non-hydrogenated vegetable oil.
Salt is added after cooking.

Try frazzles…. Bacon to the fullest
So, you buy Hummus sour cream flavoured chips and reject them because they taste like........sour cream! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
KFC were the first US franchise to come to the UK in 1965
We did not know that.
Actually Wimpy came first like in the 50s before I was born!
But as a kid in the 60s Wimpy and Kentucky Fried Chicken were the only ones.
