Nintendo did that as well for the few people who wanted an actual Zelda game.

@@MasterRoshi69 tbh fair it is a Zelda game . Just far from the usual dungeons and quest theme. They've had a few tries at different styles of okay. With well mixed results.
Tldr: its a Zelda. Just not what must call traditional zelda.

Nothing that Zelda is known for was in this game.
There was no deep dungeons, no epic orchestrated music, no story progression (because the story was optional...), no character development, no item/gear collecting(collecting easily broken weapons was annoying), and barely any bosses.
You had the same mediocre boss x4 for the divine beasts, one cool Ganon fight, then an unmoving giant pig who just stands there waiting for you to shoot him.
This game was a beautiful but shallow sandbox, trying to jump on the Skyrim bandwagon.
Wind Waker is the perfect example of an open world Zelda game.
BoTW is a Zelda game in almost no way except name.

I don't know what's worse: Beedle going insane, or that Bokoblin living long enough to have a fulfilling life but Link still hasn't defeated Ganon to stop the Blood Moon cycle.
I mean, presumably the lizard um girl? respawned too so he could just go find her again. Even if she dosn't remember him they could just do a 50 first dates thing.
The poor bokoblin he lived a life and found a Lizal that he loved all for it to be erased in an instant

So...... this might be strange but..... I always thought the bloodmoon was when zelda... was distracted... which now that I think about it would be like letting the whole kingdom know her cycle....
And why the hell she could not just rip Ganondorf head off is another unknown factor.
I know beedle can take link's garbage 🗑 but he doesn't want to see his perfect elven face around here ever again that is until a trio of goblins yell at him
But honestly, the travelling merchant is the only one getting an infinite supply of monster scrap. He can control the market with all that when going to the monster scrap merchant. I think it's actually pretty good.

@@sayoriplus3825 he already knows his target market for them, if he were smart he would just sell them to the guy, rack up his currency and buy all his stock of special monster items and resell them. he could still claim that they came from link because link is essentially backing the entire operation.

tbh, Link is pretty chill compared to Zelda, in EVERY memory she's all like _"oh, Link, it's SO HARD being a princess! Woe is me!"_
And I mean, she's just a damn princess. The hardest part of the work is up to her mother, the Queen. Who even is the queen, by the by?
@@fatalexception3845 Zelda obviously, Nintendo will have us believe that there's a whole lineage of identical Zeldas and Links through the ages, which leads me to believe and hope that Zelda and Link never hook up, otherwise their descendants would be related.

This is one hell of a rolorcoaster of emotions i just went through
You gotta be talking about the second one. Because killing you, your entire freinds and family again and again while you remember it all is hell. Then you find a way to end the cycle by running away. You know that it won't be reset until you die. Then you start out with a new family and freinds just to die all over again to a nightmarish hell in which you can't return to your previous peaceful life. The only way to make this worse is that link killed all of his new family in the poor basterd's finale moments which will be even worse.

Beedle hasn’t been trying that hard to get rid of the guts. Even he knows Kilton wants them, why doesn’t beedle pawn them off there? He could get a mop from him to clean up all the purple blood..

This shows that what we get as heroes are actually mass murderers. And the "bad guys" are just defending themselves. Not only Link, every "hero" that kills to "save" the world/princess.

As someone who’s on his first play through of botw, I’ve been avoiding monsters as much as possible and am shocked how often a blood moon appears.

My theory is while Link and adventurers do the dirty work of collecting the guts, Beedle exchanges the guts with Kilton to give people the option of buying Kilton products from Beedle with rupees. Hylians most likely choose this option to avoid the dirty work.
Knowing how one of the side quests in Tarry town asks for you to bring them a monster cake, people must have had access to a monster elixir. If people try to avoid and run away from the dirty work as we see in the game, then they are most likely paying Beedle for the ingrediants.
From what I know, Beedle is at every rest stop in BOTW, so he is the person adventurers would most likely exchange their supplies for ingrediants.
Beedle never actually recognized Link as the hero of Hyrule.
Poor bokoblin though, he had a family and died happy, but nope, the blood moon was like “No happiness for your ass”
