This is great! The female host shows how misunderstood fruitarianism/veganism or good nutrition is in general. Miss seeing Michael's videos, was good to see him on the Woodstock update. Hopefully, we'll see more videos when he gets some time.
I don't know what's more incredible. That host's gaffes or the fact that Michael and the other two guys were able to keep a straight face through it. LOL
I'd love to see you do an updated video on how much greens you eat these days... the last one I saw w/ this topic in the title was several "years" back. thank you in advance
Thats hilarious and tho I have heard about Michael for sometime (Im a vegan ultra runner also) and listened to him on the RRP.. i had no idea he was so GORGEOUS! :-D #bestillmyheart :-D Go the Fruitarian! :-)
I’ve been trying to fully commit to the fruitarian diet but like you said in one of your interviews if you try to give up cooked foods and then cheat once, it’s gonna cause you to cheat 1000 more times. Me constantly cheating has caused a downwards spiral which pushed me so far back that I even was cheating on being vegan. It was an on and of on and off cycle which drastically affected my body in a negative way and caused a self inflected depression to arise. However now i feel that I’m on the right track and am planning on fully commuting to this life style at all cost. Thanks for all your videos
Ignorance is a bliss...and a curse at the same time. So Michael, how do you not get diabetes with all that unhealthy fruit and none of the healthy meat ? (Trying to keep a straight face...:)
Hey, I have a question that I really need help answering. I've been eating fruitarian for about a month or so, and I've started to have unbearable stomach pain after eating, and having cravings for salt that have been unusually difficult to overcome. I've seen your video on melon belly, but it hasn't helped because I live in the Midwest where I'm not as capable of getting fresh fruit. I don't want to give up on this diet, but due to circumstance, I feel like I have to. I'm not finding any answers online. Any advice? (Apart from moving somewhere tropical, which I will do in time.)
You do could be low in chromium, because the soils are depleted. Add in two heaping tbs of Daily Green Boost. Watch your fruit combining. Eat melons alone, monomeal. Juicy fruits early in the day with denser fruits later in the day.
All you need to cut out is refined products like sugar, wheat etc, refined toxic seed oils, and all leaves and plants. Just eat meat and fruit. That's it.
Yes the down fall is two fold, everyone else in the main-steam thinks your have a eating disorder and its expensive as hell to maintain this kind of diet when sourcing good organic fruits...
Take out fat from your diet? Wrong move there. For most all people, The human body needs lots of fat in this life we all live. Or for most people that Ive seen/know of having traveled around the world on multiple occasions, to different destinations each time. However all of that being said, Maybe Mike Arnstein is a very rare 1-2% of the world populationn, that can stay healthy eating this way. I tried fruiterian eating, exactly as recommended by the book and to the T, my health eventually started to crash downhill pretty fast, and I eventually became very ill after drinking water one morning, so when I went back to my normal way of eating, I felt and feel great. Unfortunately not everyone can eat this way 100% and remain healthy. There are many other people who have had the same result as myself, following this diet to the T. I do know for a fact, that there are plant foods that have been hidden from 99% of the people on this planet, if we had those, we could all eat vegan, because they contain the fat, protein, and minerals etc your body needs, to remain very healthy at all times. It seems to me, those plant foods, no longer exist. Which is very sad. If they do exist, they are well hidden from at least 98%, or better, of people on this planet.
She does not represent me. I agree she is very harsh and I wish she would learn to communicate in a way that is constructive. I'm very sad about how she acts often.
Thank you for your honestly.Of course,I apologise for the inconvenient message trust me,I like you honestly you helped me be vegan also. But it is just a observation please don't take offence,I am not a hater!
+TheFruitarian It maybe hormonal. menopause? Lithium Orotate(a mineral our brain needs that used to be in our food) does wonders for the brain! I take one 5mg tablet before bedtime and if pms is really bad 1 every 12 hrs for about 2 days. Look it up. See if she will try it. My hubby LOVES what it has done for me.(AND SO DO I) Our food supply just doesn't have the nutritional density that it used to have so sometimes supplementation is necessary, sadly. Dr. John Gray has some wonderful vids about lithium orotate. I do not take his brand though. I take a natural food derived brand and also Weyland brand since it has the least ingredients. Hope this helps.
She defo looks like a body builder and seems to have a pretty rock solid knowledge of nutrition. The perfect host for this intelligent game show.
Haha. Right on.
+La ne It's not her fault, all the nutrition that should be going to her brain is going elsewhere...
+La ne She argued for chocolate--clearly an entire food group in her life, lol.
You guys seem offended, but she was right
Bodybuilder but brain builder empty 8D

Are you alive still? You need salt sodium is one of the most important mineral. You need animal product into that fruit diet. See miracles happen.
All you need to cut out is refined products like sugar, wheat etc, refined toxic seed oils, and all leaves and plants. Just eat meat and fruit. That's it.
