I just realised that at 2:28 Katherine said she doesn’t believe in fairies and then they started clapping. It’s because in the Peter Pan play if you don’t believe in fairies they die. And to save them the audience had to clap really hard. This made me very emotional 😭

@@Neonb88Could not agree more. My husband grew up in a dysfunctional environment. I wish I would have had a better understanding when we married. Its been a very hard marriage. When people grow up in crazy they just normalize the situation. Its been decades and a lot of therapy but there are STILL challenges.
Not only will it be 5 years from this in September, but Hank and Katherine are about to have a baby human child and that is super exciting. Happy for you guys!

I think the only two Vlogbrothers videos that it's been.mentioned on are Beckoning Lovely (John) and Lives Made of Love (Hank).
They're doing a good.job of keeping it generally private and not making a big deal of it, but they can't help but keep mentioning it. So.Sweet!

I recently attended the 2016 tour of Hank Green and company in Tucson and I met Katherine at the mercy table and I mentioned this video to her and then realized that it's been 5 years later and she said she's in for another 5 :)

I guess being from Western Washington, I thought nothing of those slugs, unless I stepped on one as a kid, and then it was sooo slippery. They don't have them in Montana? I only spent 4 months in Kalispell, and it was in winter, so I have no idea.
Living in Oregon, I used to poke them until I noticed they were covered in little slug parasites.
I'm from Florida, and I have never seen any slugs in real life. They're apparently regional animals.

I live near Seattle and I remember as a kid that the WORST day of my life was the day i stepped on a slug for the first time. I felt so bad!! slugs really are cool, especially banana slugs. They're freaking huge.
