That scream Palpatine does during his corkscrew leap is known as "Force Scream“ in Legends. It cuts one's connection to the force temporarily unless you can resist it. That‘s why Kit Fisto lasted a Bit longier than the other two and why Mace wasn‘t affected.
No explanation for canon tho.
I'm sure you don't need telling but Sideous also performed Sith mind read on the first guy which is why he just stabs him straight in the chest as if there was no resistance. Like you Say Windu was unaffected, goes to show just how great Fisto was compared to other Jedi tbh

Actually now that custom model importing is a thing for LSW: TCS, if the modder responsible for this level so chooses, he could import the newer Kit Fisto headpiece, and the hair pieces for Sassee Tin and Agen Kolar.

Actually you can make sassee tin in the character customizer if you get 100% along with ventress
3:45 Not that they say, in the Revenge of the Sith novelization it's stated Palpatine moves so fast they couldn't even react to him, Kit Fisto could hold his ground for a bit but still got defeated, only Mace Windu can keep up with him from them.

When he hurdles at Agen and Saesse he let's out a force scream which tempererily incapacitated Saesse due to his pre-cogntion, Agen was overwhelmed as he barely had time to react leading to a smoldering hole in his temple in the novel kit gets distracted as Anakin enters. His head is left decapitated smiling at Anakin as he enters palpatine's office

Just so you know Kit Fisto isn't unlocked through a cheat code. They're actually unlocked through the in-game shop. There is a cheat code that unlocks all the characters including these two though.
Also Palpatine uses a feint to kill those two Jedi. Aiming for Windu but stabbing Kolar.
You don't need to air attack or get behind to hit lightsaber weilders. If you time your strikes right you'll pierce their block and insta-kill them if they aren't a boss.
I'm loving the LEGO Star Wars videos by the way. It would be cool to see you cover the regular game.

The two main levels I want in Skywalker Saga are Operation Nightfall and Palpatine's arrest. Also it would be awesome if there were a montage where you're playing as clones and have to execute Order 66.
Imagine a level where your fighting with Ki Adi Mundi, solving puzzles, fighting droids, and cutting down a droid armada mini-boss type thing, only for in the next cutscene, Order 66 is activated, and you have to fight Mundi as a boss. That would be epic.

in the novelization it is said that Palpi and Mace moves almost as fast as light soo the movie is still a bit off but the explanation is that Palpatine is super fast by a sith ability and Mace used his inner dark to keep up...

You can do a combo mive where you basically chain the melee button to break your enemy’s guard. Just hit and as soon as that first animation is over hit again then wait then hit. Thats the best way to fight in this game. Not just mash

with palpatine getting rid of tinn and agen the scream in the spin was called a force scream idk everythink on it but im pretty sure it stuns the enemys or atleast blinds them with mace being able to handle it and not get effected as he uses part of the dark side and kit idk he can sort of handle it i guess but in the novel its said palpatine and windu were red and purple blurs thats how fast they were moving
there's a trick to attacking with normal attacks. If you time your swings right, you will do a special combo that usually goes through the enemies' guard on the third swing.

That scene was hard enough for McDermott so it would have been even more difficult to have a more fleshed out fight with all 4 Jedi, plus the too fast thing is said because it's in the movies book.
Palatine used an ability called "force scream" that paralysed the jedi. In RotS you can hear him scream while lunging at the jedi
Before the 3 Jedi died Palpatine used force stunn or something like that, so they were kind of disorientated.

If you press the attack button at the rigth timing the saber glows different and in the end of the combo you can actually hit other character at the end of the combo, just like the sith flurry combo in star wars the force unleashed

Bario and I have worked on a Saesee tiin mod (based on his appearance in the character customiser) so I imagine it wouldn't be difficult to put him in the level, not sure if there'd be a good way to get him to die mid battle

0:15 if were honest, all they're seeking to recapture is our money. I hope that they replace the combat from the force awakens and the last lego games because those were legit good. The combat in the. og Lego star wars with the blocking, combos and backflips was the bees knees, not the shit of the force awakens where the same animations are repeated while you move in circles around your oppnonent until either one of you stops pressing the attack button

Hey bombastic, I’m a Lego Star Wars Historian. This game game out at the same time as Revenge of the Sith, so a lot of content that was removed made it in the game and vice versa. Palpatine’s arrest was added laser in production, so sadly never made it in.

Fun fact, i found out about star wars back in 2008 or something when i was 6/7 and i never watched the prequel films just the sequels at the time so i never knew emperor palpatine and chancellor palpatine were the same people without the inclusion of the treason scene, so it does make a big impact XD

In the original novelization of ROS, it says that when Palpatine attacked it looked like a shadow or blur of smoke. I always wished they would've done that effect in the movie. That book came out the day before the film premiered, so I had it read before I saw it for the first time. I wish it was still canon because it filled in so many gaps and questions left from the films. Like Windu's hesitance toward Anikin and Palpatine's friendship (because he sensed it as a shatterpoint), Why it was decided that Yoda should go to Kashyyyk instead of someone like Windu or Fisto (because the council felt that if Yoda left Correscant, the Sith embedded in the Chancellor's cabinet might inadvertently reveal themself), or Cody's line right after he received order 66 ("Couldn't you have told me BEFORE I gave him back his lightsaber?").
Also in that scene of the book, it was shown that Palpatine was recording audio of the "arrest" which was manipulated to make it look like the Jedi were arresting Palpatine as part of a coup, with false crys of "on what charges" and calls for help to his guards in the hall (after he locked himself and the Jedi in his private chamber from a button on his desk). All we saw in the film of this elaborate deception was "it's treason then..." not nearly the same impact.

Apparently, the Sith Scream dazed them temporarily, long enough for Palpatine to defeat to two strongest Jedi there. Kit Fisto was then killed apparently because he could sense Anakin and that made him lose focus for a split second.
Add the Luke vs. Wampa from the opening of empire strikes back. You could play the level like a duel, like the darth Vader level from episode 3.

As cool as this mod is, don’t get me wrong it’s really great, if this was in the original game this is how I would’ve handled it:
During the first phase you’re playing as two Jedi trying to defeat the Palpatine. After you defeat his first phase a Cutscene plays where the Jedi have the upper hand but then Aniken jumps in to support the senator. From there you’re playing as the chosen one and his new dark lord trying to defeat the Jedi which ultimately ends with Windu being launched out the window by the Sith Lord

Yeah right now we in the mod community can’t really make 100% custom levels yet with new assets, but progress has been going smoothly from what I’ve seen. I never tried making level mods personally though
The fight was slown down in the movie, if they showed the fight in universe speed all we would see is a red and purple blur

Palpatine actually used FORCE SCREAM which stunned the Jedi and rendered them unable to act in time before he moved with immense speed and cut them down... The only ones who were able to were Mace and Kit Fisto, who died a few moments later because he was likely still stunned but managed to block a few hits before his death. They were caught off guard... Had they been more prepared, they may have not been as affected by the scream. Windu and his vapaad likely helped him here as well...

Bruh I had this game pre-owned in my room in a box so I put it in my PS3 over the weekend and realized the person who had it before me had already completed some levels but not the whole episodes so I started from the very beginning and in one weekend I made it from Episode 1 to 5 and I still playing it

Yes and I even didn’t know that the palpatine arrest wasn’t part of the complete saga now that’s something that I even didn’t know about now that’s pretty cool now I think that in the skywalker saga they would include the palpatine arrest in level 2 now that would be awesome to included that in Lego Star Wars the skywalker saga now that would be ding dang awesome and right after when it reaches to the last heart then there’s a cutscene and bam Samuel jackson is there now that would be awesome to include Samuel jackson to reprise his role in the game I love that 💡 for my opinion I hope that it happens. The mission in the complete saga if they didn’t had originally now that would be a level with anakin skywalker fighting against empire palpatine during episode 3 and there will be a cutscene where he kills all of the children in the Jedi temple now that would be an awesome level to have in the complete saga to adapt to the skywalker saga as well.
