He’s not on RICO charges YET. The Feds haven’t charge them. Tennessee doesn’t have state RICO, like Florida & Georgia do. There’s only 7 states that have their own RICO laws, otherwise you have to wait on the Feds to step in. I’d be highly surprised if they don’t step in. To many bodies dropping.
