You can buy thai steel cup with jockstrap and then drill holes into it for the strings. Add compression shorts on top and it shouldnt move at all.

I train in my cup all the time to get used to having it on as they can feel a bit strange if you are not used to them .so I keep mine on if I'm running doing strength and conditioning pad holding or sparing .my training partners joke that I sleep with a cup and a gum shield on.

I use the built in Underwear one and it’s the best cup I’ve ever used
I bought the Dr. Shock cup and its pretty much the same as this
#3 it’s a distraction for the opponent.

just suffered an injury to the ballsack (luckly no damage to the testicles) caused by a spinningback kick in sparring even tho i was wearing a plastic groin protection, after 3 LOOONG weeks without kickboxing training i was finally able to restart and even if i am in europe i decided to invest in this, costed me 90€.. I hope that its worth it.
