Looks nice! I would suggest mixing all your dry ingredients together first compared to adding it separately because it allows the baking soda/powder to mix evenly in the batter which might explain why there were a couple muffins that didn’t puff up as much. But I could just be wrong and they just have less batter. Either way mixing the dry together first ensures consistency in whatever you bake. These look so delicious though I’d eat it.
