Hat off - this is officially FairLight endorsed (YES, I am in a position to do that!) /Bacchus of FairLight
cheers for all the games
🔥❤️
Even better😅 Would be a shame if he had pirated it 😂
@@DenisBrkhus Hahahaha, yeah that I thought too :-D
"where dreams come true"
like maybe a jogeir liljedahl/lukash duet?
I have shared with Dave Hanlon... I'm sure he will be amazed...
Here in 2024, my son is hooked on this! Any chiptune I play in the car while we're cruisin' makes him ask me to crank it up! :D
Very nice. Although my middle name is Michael not Mark. 😁
Not sure whence "Mark" came. In my days it was "D. M. Hanlon". But thank you for the fantastic music for the Druid games!
Hey David. Sorry about the name! I found a few places on the net that credit you as Mark, hence the error. Thanks for the tunes!
@@lukhash No worries. It still amazes me that the tunes have become popular. I love hearing all the different mixes and versions. All sounding so much better than the original! Just great to see so much enjoyment from Andrew's games and from the tunes. Keep up the excellent work.
@@SuperYodude Lukash is great, but you can't touch the SID. Thank you for the memories.
@@SuperYodude There's no better sounding version than the original David. Remixes like this may help to get it rediscovered but originals can't be replaced. I appreciate when the composer takes time to visit and drop a comment. It really means a lot so thank you!
May 2023. This still rocks.
Please never stop what you're doing, your music tingles all the right spots in the SID infused happy child part of my brain and it makes me feel kinda young again... Invigorating would be the word I guess.
😿💦
Hi guys - this makes me cry and gives a great catch up to me childhood.
What a pity - just a few thousand likes / you deserve much more !
I could cry. I always thought no one should touch this tune as it could only be ruined. You're such a great talent Lukhash. Your version kept the vulnerability of this tune and modernized it without ruining it. Thank you.
He actually did it. This is amazing I love the cracktro graphics as well
Ok, you got me with that Impossible Mission "stay a while, stay FOREVER!" slipped in there. :D
Oh, my, yes. One of my favorite C64 tracks gets a killer LukHash treatment. Thank you!
This one hits deep. Memories that have been stored in the deepest corners all just come out at once. Memories that have been washed away like tears in the rain are all back.
OMG this hits sooooo hard... right in the feels
yes long live commandore 64 but long live you too who bring out masterpiece after masterpiece remixes. Respect. 🎵🎶🔌🖥⌨ ♥♥♥♥♥i
Some of the most amazing work I've ever heard
I heard this cracktro countless of times back in my C64 days.... 100s and 100s. (yes, I am that old...) Lukhash, you have made an amazing cover. 10/10.
I like the little touches like the Impossible Mission speech... and various other little touches... the modified cracktro screen...great reverb too...
Yeah the original Cracktro tune was massive in the day
my nostalgia just hit me in the nose with a brick.
it was only a matter of time before you touched this! it's perfect!
Brilliant remix of outstanding original.
This was my #1 intro fave! respect! First demo tune to influence my own initial chip music from! XD But I know I homed in on the tune not realizing its origin for a long time. lol Lukhash you're masterful!
exceptional
Amazing Cover!
holy shit man this is nice, i hope my neighbors like it too cause i'm playing it on the 1000watt soundsystem :)
Bloody amazing cover. Once again you prevail and gives us the supreme quality.
Awesome job, bringing me back to when i started coding c64 assembly. Demo/crackscene ❤
Realy nice, the good old Fairlight Intro remasterd........nice. :-)
Awesome work @LukHash bringing it back! nice job!
To jest fantastyczne. 30 lat czekałem na odświeżenie tego numeru.
Popieram :-)
Fairlight was founded in 1987 during the easter holidays, which is now.
❤
The c64 demo scene is still kicking people. At least I saw some elite level releases last year
@@ivannasha5556 Just ordered cracker vol.1 book from microzeit. It is about the warez scene.
Raster bars ....check, smooth scrolling....check, c64 SID .....check, Lukhash ....check. Everything is on board for the best experience. Thx for the another great music.
Fun thing is that it's actually not a raster bar. It's a sprite bar mimicing a raster bar. Att the details are here:

Wow, one of most excellent cover.
always believe ... we had to wait for 34 years, but well worth the wait. We all saw this legendary intro so often and finally an update. thx 4 your amazin' work.
Druid II theme is amazing. Thanks for keeping it alive.
Today's news: Lukhash still can't stop winning.
oh!! My fav one of all times!! THANK YOU. Listened the SID version while visiting Stonehenge in 2013 (live very far away from there). Don't know why but I always dreamed to listen the C64 song right there :) (those Druids...) Still have goosebumps when I think of it. This version is amazing! Can't stop to listen it. Muchas gracias!!
Dankeschön, Luk!
Super !! MERCI L' ARTISTE !
Greetz from Finland! Vitun hieno biisi jälleen! Thanks! Kiitos!
Holy moly, this is... just so awesome. The sound is perfect, the tune is excellent, no complaints, only praise!
No, there is one complaint.
It ended.
Holy crap, is it already Christmas again?! It's one of my all time favourite C64 tunes and one of my all time favourite musicians makes an amazing remix!
In short: Yes! Longer: For the love of God, YES! Top notch!
You've done it again, amazing!
Nobody is knoin what a fuckin hard work to make this Video. Changein the Logo from Fairlight to his own Logo. Respect. I know
I'm sad I can only thumbs up this once. Keep up the amazing work!
So remember this tune from my childhood and you actually made it even better! Creds to you!
This is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Top job as always fella!
sooo good ! :D
IMHO a rare case where cover sounds better than the original (with all respects paid to absolute mastery of original C64 version) I mean expanding/upgrading original composition, where we need to consider usage of much more advanced tech used to create this piece of music. Kudos Lukhash !
Childhood tune!
Nice intro! True oldschool c64 Fairlight style!
How many memories ...
One more beautiful music! Thaks for Great work!)
Sweet childhood!
Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhh, the Memories
So nice to be here.
the master self Luk! :)
Fuckin' nostalgia! Im missing so much about late 80's and early 90's... Great job LukHash (as always, mate).
