I think our best bet would be to bring in Dejaunte Murray and Andre Drummond. Dejaunte has been healthy the last 3 seasons averaging over 70 games played. He can bring the ball up and give Maxey a break, plus score 20 points a game and be effective on the defensive end. Drummond can give Embiid breaks at the center position and still be effective on the boards at any given time.
Kuz is the guy I like. Murray's contract goes up Kuz makes less & his contract goes down or both of them would be amazing

The problem is there really aren't any splash players out there right now. The Sixers don't have very much in the way of trade assets except for draft picks. And I don't think there is any player out there that would move the needle for the Sixers that they could get for just draft picks.

All this fretting over a team that any reasonable person knew was done years ago. I have no hope or expectations about them anymore. They spent a decade drafting badly and making dumb signings. Losing to Atlanta in the playoffs was the high point of "the process." Now it's all downhill until the inevitable trading of Embiid.

I have a feeling that the sixers will panic and do something stupid like sign OG who is often injured to 42 million a year or if they can sign Paul George for 52 million a year even more idiotic. The sixers could easily make the team better, but their head is too far up their asp to see it. The sixers should sign Miles Bridges at 26 and average 21-7-3 a game and plays good defence. The sixers could see if they can trade for 28-year-old Kyle Kuzma average 22-6-5 a game at 23 million next season and I would also inquire about Cory Kispert 13 a game off the bench a three point sniper with a rookie contract. If the sixers can make that move, they still have money left to do more things to improve the team.
The Knicks GM is far better than the sixers star hunter GM. The knicks gave up a big hull, Mikal is the right player for the knicks, and he is only 28. I hope the star hunter can shock me, I will not hold my breath.

Beside a Elite Offensive Guard you need a 3&D Guard and or Passer to do all the dirty work plus run the plays. This isn't Rockets Science.
