In my opinion you have underrated the ability to have infinite stuns and 0 cooldown on sledge. Hes a walking stun grenade which means you can have basically any other explosive in your gear slots. (and it allows your team to do so as well if they trust you) Also feel like Alibi is pretty over rated. shes useless on stealth missions unless you need an "Oh shit" button on the team if you break your stealth you can manage a horde from killing your team instantly. I dont like her guns and she seems basically only useful on defending objectives in which case i think Gridlock would be a much better op for planning a defense.
Smoke and gridlock deserve a better ranking they r really good if you know how to use them, gridlock is great against smashers because it slows them and kills them pretty fast, smoke destroys most archaens
The fact that doc isn’t the best makes the list wrong. He’s so criminally underrated. He’s easily the best op in the game a must have for every single team.
I toyed with him being top tier but ultimately settled with the other 3 I would still say Vigil is over all the top dog currently but in maelstrom Doc is A must have when he's available

I've seen a lot of hate with Hibana But Whenever I use her In a team she is Actually Really good with the right set up Definitely not the best But One of the few go loud operators with Regen on her ability and one of the best for clearing enemies in any situation as opposed to needs set up....gridlock I only had at tier 5 she seems very average with a lot of set up time as well
Hibana gadget is great for bursting down apexes but her primaries are kinda weak. I would suggest going suppressed primary with secondary loud smg. Gridlock has an amazing gun and the fastest lmg reload. Her gadget is super strong when maxed out but weak til then. Would only pick her when paired with operators that dont need ability refresh so she gets to spam her area denial. A single use of gridlock gadget can kill an elite smasher or an apex thanks to the explosions she gets when maxed out.
Gridlock is one of the best operators in the game. She starts off weak, but has outstanding scaling. She's got the most versatile LMG in the SAW and can lock down an area better than any operator in the game with a massive explosive trap. I wouldn't put her in S Tier but she's towards the top of A Tier.
With who exactly? People will always enjoy some characters overall more But Over all These Top operators Are pretty much consistent as the best I find Especially at end game
