Where did the fiddler fellow get that Magee Tailored shirt? Can't find it anywhere.
Caitlin's clogging reminds me of French Canadian foot stomping
I have no idea what they are saying, but it sounds good. I've seen Mairead perform here in the USA.
@@thunorwodenson when I saw Mairead perform, it was actually a Christmas show with "The Celts". It was just her as a special guest. The next year it was Cathy Jordan (from Dervish). I've also seen Sharon Shannon here in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. Also, my favorite, Socks in the Frying Pan.
@@thunorwodenson yeah, I've just gotten lucky a couple of times I guess. Are you in Ireland?
@@thunorwodenson Awesome. Oh, and I forgot that I saw The Chieftains here with the symphony. I always seem to forget about them. I know they've been around forever, but I was less familiar with them.
My mother maiden name Mooney from USA Indiana we have family from Ireland
That's great! Welcome to our channel. Subscribe!
What’s the song say
Bhí mé lá breá Samhraidh, ‘Mo sheasamh ar an mhargadh
‘S iomaí fear adúirt “Monuar, gan tú sa bhaile agam!”
‘S arú Mháire Mhór, ‘Sa Mháire Mhór a mhaire rú
‘S arú Mháire Mhór, An dtiocfadh tú nó an bhfanfaidh tú?
‘S gheall mo ghrá beag féin, Go dtiocfadh sé go siúráilte.
‘S arú Mháire Mhór, ‘Sa Mháire Mhór a mhaire rú
‘S arú Mháire Mhór, An dtiocfadh tú nó an bhfanfaidh tú?
Rachaidh mé na nGleanntach, ‘S leannfaidh an trup na bhaile mé.
‘S arú Mháire Mhór, ‘Sa Mháire Mhór a mhaire rú
‘S arú Mháire Mhór, An dtiocfadh tú nó an bhfanfaidh tú?
Thart tóin a gharraí, “A Mháire; an bhfiul an fhidil leat?”
“Aicearra na bprátaí go dtéimid ‘sar an fhidleoir.”
‘S arú Mháire Mhór, ‘Sa Mháire Mhór a mhaire rú
‘S arú Mháire Mhór, An dtiocfadh tú nó an bhfanfaidh tú?
