There are some fun comebacks, but I usually just would smile so I don't say something I would regret. I think people don't know what to say so they just have diarrhea of the mouth 😂
When I was pregnant with my second, my body changed much faster than with the first. I had a male coworker comment that I'd really gained some weight. I was only a couple months in and had already miscarried one of the twins I was initially carrying, so I was not comfortable telling him. Then my Mother in law (who knew I was pregnant) would constantly comment about how I was getting fat. I wanted so badly to respond that at least I had a reason to be gaining weight but have just buried it deep inside instead! 😅 Long story short - don't comment on people's weight and if you find out they are pregnant, take Katie's advice and just say "congratulations!"
Oh it’s so sad when people are rude when you’re pregnant. 💔 My mom always said it’s like our bodies remember how to grow, because I definitely showed faster with each pregnancy!

Katie and Trey!!! My husband texted me and said that there’s big news on the pod today so I put my son in his room for some independent time and rushed to turn it on 😂 I’m so happy for y’all! Our son (10 months) also thinks it’s HILARIOUS when we argue 😂

We were so sheltered we all went swimming in sweatpants…in the summer. I can still remember us getting in and out of the pool and your pants would just balloon with pool water. Also everyone would come to our house to check out Disney movies like blockbuster because the other parents wouldn’t allow it.
Yeah we got rid of cable and kept all the streaming apps but we’re only saving like $30 because we had a bundle deal with cable, internet and security. Ugh life’s expensive. 😂

OMG. The conversation about the golden bachelor 😂me up. How old do you think they were?? They are my parents age and VERY active. My parents still travel on a regular basis, stay out late when they go out with friends or to a concert. The comment about having the food being “pre chewed”. lol. They are early 70’s, NOT 90’s. 70 is the new 50.
I took my 9 year old son to his first concert last year. We saw Disturbed. Well he was thirsty and all they had was liquid death so we got him one. I could not stop laughing and I felt like I was being judged at the same time because it looked like my son is just pounding beers 😂😂😂
I was so sick during a pregnancy that we were at some new friends house for dinner and they made really delicious dinner-not a cheap casserole but like gourmet -and I fully threw it all up in their bathroom. Ahhh I was SO embarrassed and was sure they heard it go down and I did not know how to get thru that We never got invited to dinner again. 😅oops

One of the Pharmacists I work with is due next month with her second child, her little boy is 2. Last week a patient conversation went like this: Patient: can I ask you a personal question? Pharmacist: sure Patient: How many kids do you have? Because every time I see you, you are pregnant. Awkward silence in the pharmacy Pharmacist: our little boy is 2, our little girl is due next month, and she will be our last. Patient: oh, okay. Patient leaves. Pharmacist looks at me and we both start laughing.
What the actual heck!? Where do people find the audacity!? I can totally relate to this as I work at a psychiatric hospital and have been pregnant almost every year for the last 5 years. There are patients who have come back and seen me every pregnancy and said something like the above. Crazy that people think it's their business! Lol.
