    Great to see you visiting Tahoe. I started boarding a couple years back and your videos have really helped my riding. I can’t wait for you gf’s burton Feelgood video tomorrow, as I have been eyeing that board.

    I bought one of the first pairs of the step on here in Luxembourg and had quite some time to ride this season.
    After finally trying them on the mountain not just the snowhall I can say that they are absolutely stunning and work 99% perfectly fine! I encountered just one problem when I decided to take a break while riding through some powder... if you don‘t have a good surface it‘s a pain in the ass to get back in the binding and ready to go again.
    If you don‘t have a resort in your area but just a snowhall I totally recommend the step on system, because you can just jump out the lift in your bindings and off you go.

    I'm 14 and I've been skiing for many years but your videos have been making me want to learn to snowboard so bad. I already can ski well but I just have a hard time doing tricks and i feel like it would be easier on a snowboard but I don't want to take a long time learning to snowboard and not get the hang of it

    • @CarnivorXplant
      @CarnivorXplant 7 років тому

      Ben rusch I recommend just going for it. Take a lesson your first time, and you’ll catch on really fast thanks to your years of skiing. I just started snowboarding and it’s quickly become my favorite hobby.

    I’m having the same foot pain issues with my Photon Step On boots. There’s a pressure point that irritates the head of the fifth metatarsal bone, just behind the baby toe on my left foot. They’ve been heat molded, I’ve got 27 days on them and the boot still hurts to wear. Started heating them with a boot warmer before riding and that seems to help.

    I hit my head last week. I got lucky. The snow was soft and it was sort of a rolling impact. I did not have a helmet. I bought one immediately. I was looking at them to begin with. Took my hat and goggles clean off. Was this hit hard enough to be it for this helmet? I have a sandbox also and was curious what the threshold is for the helmet to be done. They say good for only one serious hit.
