As you correctly said, we can summarize in one word: MEDITATION. i used to read a lot about the universe, topics such as blackholes, time dilation, speed of light, relativity etc. etc. I have also come across Strigh Theory but did not go deep enough to understand it. Now your explanation has made me understand what string theory is about. Romba nandri thambi. Hinduism is the one and only religion (it is not so cheap to be a religion) that not only comes close to recent scientific findings but also corrects faulty astronomical theories claimed by modern day astronomers, astrophysicists etc. One good example is: EARTH'S ROTATION AND REVOLUTION IS NOT THAT SIMPLE. EARTH'S TILT VARIES FROM 21 DEGREES TO 24 DEGREES AND BASED UPON THIS MANY ERRORS IN ASTRONOMY HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. You will surely know how Burgess was very critical about SURYA SIDDHANTHA and how got snubbed by recent discoveries that match what was said in SURYA SIDDANTHA. Again, romba nandri thambi!!!!

Life is like a dream or an illusion. Life is never real. Only the spiritual (souls) and the spiritual abodes are real. There are no sorrows or any kind of negative, waste thoughts and feelings for the souls. The souls are completely and always positive beings in spiritual form. It is eternal, immortal and imperishable in nature. Souls are always positive in cosmic universal nature. This human body experiences limited pleasures and pains through the brain signals to the body. The soul which never experiences any kind of negative feelings. A soul is always intuitive in nature. The soul is like the sun or an huge vast empty space, the body is just like a infinitesimal tiny earth. Will the sorrows and sufferings on earth affect the sun or space? No, not at all. This is what Gandhiji said "There is no road towards peace, peace itself is the road". Hence it has been proved that the mere positivity is the original qualities of the souls. (Silence and bliss).

I think it is our subconscious that is linked to the akashic realm. This is where there is a difference between the mind and the brain.
Subconcious is nothing but a reflection of things stored in our Brain (with information gathered from 5 physical senses )

Actually while I was practicing kriya meditation my whole body starts jerk or something like floating somewhere. I feel strongly vibrations below spine. So I stopped it. I think I should not stop universe may give some signals or any vibe or answers. I will continue practice it further. After seeing your video continues practice.

Due to this my body temperature comes down, and I reach the stillness and emptiness, where we can start chanting பஞ்சாசரம்.

But this bathroom meditating technique works only when, you do yoga or hardcore sweating excercise twice a day in morning and evening, and then do meditation regularly.

By doing the above steps constantly, and keep on saying the panjaacharam while taking long breaths throughout the day continuously, while driving, walking, bathing, eating, pooping, brushing teeth etc.

We can make the மனம் என்ற குரங்கு sit in a single point inside us.
