The first one I fixed still works great. I think as long as you play them every so often, it keeps them working. Takes 3-4 pushes before it talks at normal speed after it’s sat.
@@Kryptosmaster Thank you -- I have recently found one of these not working, so going to give your video a try! I cleaned the contacts hoping it might be the battery contacts but it still doesn't work.

I just got mine, it doesn't talk but it is complete except the evil duck. I doesn't talk so I can't ruin it so I may give it a try. Thanks.
