I am so grateful to be living in Maharishikaa's time. I have been on the 'spiritual path' for 27 years, all I have ever wanted was to become a strong, whole, loving person. Her teaching is so simple yet so revolutionary.
I love listening to Maharishikaa , she is very articulate and understanding and patient in her discourses ! But here are my thoughts , there is no I am this vs I am that ! There is no conflict in creation only aspects of our existence ! If you can identify with I am that , it doesn’t mean that you neglect or discard I am this ! You don’t have to choose between, I am this or I am that , they both exist in their perspective experiences ! I am this is an expression of I am that and I am this is a reflection of I am that ❤ Namaste
The more I stayed with the body and felt all the impulses, paradoxically, not as a detached observer, it more felt the body were feeling itself, and paradoxically, the subtler aspects appeared, with are bodily, like prana and all that, at one point it's so self satisfied with itself that it moves less, it becomes non self contradictory
Standing outside the body looking at it clearly indicates to me I am not it lol. But if a person starts from a more simple place they are told ways not to jump too far ahead or else the risk of the person getting discouraged and confused presents itself. Take an identity but realize it's an experience you (the soul) is having in this strand of time. WEEEEEEEE!
it feels like he was quite angry of being confronted by the concept of you are the body when he might have always been thinking I am not this I am not that
Yes, it is. But why the body in the first place? That's why Maiyaa says to adopt a very slim identity; that is the name given to you and the mother who birthed you. If you try to stick to that then you could keep things in check. Eventually, as Maiyaa says, if you continue to practice discernment where you act from the Impulse of the Soul and not from ego, then even this slim identity will fall away at one point. Maiyaa says, this happens when through your Sadhanaa, you are in a continuous state of Surrender to the Truth Impulse of your Soul.
As Maharishikaas student I understand that our whole consciousness, surrenders, the body (by bending or lying flat in the surrender ppsture) the emotions, the mind etc. We do not focus at all on the ego (programming), just try to keep a slim identity of the I that is us. Just our name, as son or daughter of our mother. I hope this helps. You may like to search utube for 'Maharishikaas surrender'. 🙏
She tries to explain that we are this body but her explanation tells me we are not the body lol. If you can leave this body, why be identified with it? We are not supposed to identify as anything
This very discussion and the attempt to understand this, at this moment is not possible without the body. Yes at some point the identification with the body will stop. But that is through the Sadhanaa that Maiyaa is speaking about - the Sadhanaa of surrendering to the Truth Impulse of the soul (antaraatman).
@@RajeshKhannaPigtailPundits yes we need the body to experience this physical world and to understand this but that doesn’t mean we are this body. Using this body and being identified with it are two different things. It’s normal to be identified with this body when we don’t realize, but I’m just saying her explanation tells me we are not this body when she is trying to explain how it is the body
In my experience, I try to balance mind body and spirit. I visualize the energies flowing through my body and imagine that my cells are receiving light and healing. I feel much less pain and more pleasure in this. I feel we are creators of developing the body, while at the same time, we are infinite awareness and must expand our consciousness, we must accept our incarnation as a body/mind.
You have a body, a mind and a Soul in the physical life, your equipment. Your body and mind are the instruments of the Soul, the Soul can manifest it self by giving impulses. Surrender to the Soul is contacting the Soul in order to dance with it, a fascinating but fragile ( at times ) experience.

In deep gratitude to you Maharishikaa-ji 🙏🏼💗 your words are like a healing balm on a sore wound 🥹

Tantra right there! :) The "outward" going in, instead of the Vedanta "inward", then going "out"!

So beautifully explained 🙏❤️
I love you Maiyaa ❤
Why? Because everything you say lands perfectly in my heart. ❤️
Brilliant. Thank you infinitely for sharing this wisdom!

You are beautiful, beautiful, so beautiful, so true🎶🎶🎶🎶😊🙏🌹☘🌸🌼🌺🙏🙏🙏👍
We need to be IN OUR BODIES. Everything else is a distraction.
Be careful with generalizations. Such thoughts remain in the realm of conceptualization. Do not mistake the finger for the moon. 🌝

Who is the guy at 4:20 ?
that was a beautiful moment i have to say
it feels like he was quite angry of being confronted by the concept of you are the body when he might have always been thinking I am not this I am not that
Or maybe something sparked in him and he was illuminated on that moment so having heard everything, he left
That was a sadhu, I remember him coming to the Satsang a few times. Looks like he came for blessings from Maharishikaa Ji, and then left
Looks like a demonstration of that kind of irresponsability seekers have when they are "detached" from everything lol
✌🏽 & ♥️

I am with the body, but I am not the body! Then what about Reincarnation???
The soul are doing the incarnation, not the body, or what do you mean?
Isnt identifying with the body primary root of ego?

i'd say identifying with thought, not bodily sensation
We shouldn’t identify with anything at all☺️
is the ego surrendering to the master ?
