We have a lot of gluten free products here in Holland, but with Fodmap I cannot have a lot of things. And that's a bummer!
Bless you Becky, you are going through so much but seem to stay positive and facing life head on. Never heard of BRACA gene before but sounds like you are doing the right thing though Im sure you have been through lots of questions to get to where you are today. I did the double mastectomy due to the brca mutation 8 years ago. No regrets at all. I'm from the USA. It's a tough decision t isn't it?

Sending lots of positive vibes and will be thinking of you on your health journey. Also very, very sad I can`t have your book...sniff. You seem to ship to ALL S American countries exempt Brazil..Why oh why?? Very big on GF here. Finally managing to get a few more GF products, but not a patch on the UK. One good thing here is that ALL foods that contain gluten have to, by law have that written in large letters on the packet. Please think of shipping here!!

All the very best with the tests and the op, hope it goes well. I do love Morrison’s for gluten free/free from , they usually have a good range, especially their frozen bits. I’ve never thought of looking for wild garlic as I didn’t know it was low fodmap, I’m always walking my dog in the woods/fields and I live in your area so if I see any I will let you know 🤞

I googled it you can buy wild garlic seeds, but it came in quite huge quantity so you might need to share with family.

Well done on another honest and informative video. Glad you had a positive experience and have a date. I had a tumour removed in November 2020 from my face, hence my decision was easier in a way as i already had cancer there. But i just want to encourage you that surgeons are amazing, and i hope you get excellent after care too, it is a big life change for you (can relate in a way as my face looks very different now) especially as a woman, you’ll have ups and downs but we are so lucky to have an amazing health service which some countries don’t have. I got through my journey and survived and in some ways i am still recovering but it saved my life, so keep your chin up and keep going. Love all of your books the new one is a fabulous size, fits in my handbag, i have hospital check tomorrow so will take it to read properly. Sending lots of love and courage your way x

Wow your Tesco has heaps of stuff! In Australia our free from sections are often not that big, at least in the freezer section. What is missing, in my opinion, is gluten free roast chickens!
Also I have bought and am using your latest book :)
