Not sure what he’s doing differently than other custom builders. It still traditional stick framed homes.

Sorry for the late reply, They make sure their homes have the EPS and HERS rating. This ensures the indoor air quality and energy efficiency are both at optimal levels. This helps with people who have high allergies or those who are energy conscious, They also started adding an in- house water filtration systems that filters out the added chemicals that the public water companies adds into our water system. With this home they added the in-house organic grow system which was a feature I hadn’t seen before. In the video we didn’t go into depth about this, but you could go to his website and it provides additional information.
