I'm 100% in favor of more log flume rides. More parks need them and many parks that have them need to do more with them. That said, calling this a flume "coaster" is a bit much. Don't get me wrong, I realize that if you want to get technical it does fit the definition, but so does Journey to Atlantis. Calling these coasters is a stretch.
💀the trim brakes literally bring it to almost a stop on the airtime hill, I hope that’s just because they’re testing and it’s not actually going to be like that
Usually they take safety test runs first, I think that was a trim brake test, they will probably adjust it more and more each test cycle to find a perfect speed
They already had a something like this there. They needed a real roller coaster like mako. Six flags really doesn't have a strong coaster. They need a $4, 000 ft at the lease roller coaster at SeaWorld. Texas does not really have any roller coasters worth anything. For Texas to be such a big state with a lot of people, our amusement parks aren't that great.
You’ve got 3 RMCs (1 of them a single rail), 3 B&M inverts, Stingray, Dr. Diabolical and Mr. Freeze? Tbh anyone with an RMC in their country/state shouldn’t be allowed to complain that they don’t have good coasters.
How is this still not open!
That was awesome. Thanks for the great video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hello there !!! Cant wait to see this! Hope to get to ride someday! Thanks for all you do to keep us up to date with everything in all the parks!
You bet!
Great footage!
Thank you!
Awesome update can't wait to try it
Thank you!

Correct.

i second this, i’m still unsure if this even counts as a credit or not.
I live near SWSA and I’m Exited for this ride to open!
Awesome update, thanks!
Never knew dusty hill likes roller coasters. I mean this as a compliment. Nice Beard!!
Wow looks great! ❤
Well that is working better than I thought!
What the ride will be open
Nice update!
Thanks!
Did they announce the opening yet?
What day the ride Will be Open
Why is any park is still buying an Intamin prototype water ride?
Why there have to be brakes on the final camelback
Here we go again with another intamin water ride
Glad they’re getting an addition but it sure looks underwhelming. At least from this angle.
Eh there was no weight in the boats, I’m sure it’ll fly down the hill with test dummies
we literally haven’t even seen the launch yet so that makes no sense
It's not a testing video if someone doesn't make this comment
I just learned right now at this moment from a source on Facebook that it may be opening March 2nd.
Yup! Was announced today and we posted also.
@@MidwayMayhemChannel awesome
Come on Cedar Fair build some of these for parks that need them (like my home park doesn’t have a water ride in the dry park 😞
Which is Carowinds
Wow 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
I hope it opens this month and not august because that would be too long of a wait

There doesn't appear to be any weight in the boats either. The brakes probably won't effect a fully loaded boat like that. Well, hopefully...

It’s still under construction but should open with kid flash
the cicadas are out. I swear i can hear them inside my home while wearing headphones....
Can you please check if it's already open? Thanks
Not yet, hope to hear something soon.
Ok. Thank you. Hopefully it will be open this week

That looks like one really expensive, and extremely underwhelming log ride.
This is another prototype from Intamin. We all know how problematic their rides are. This ride is probably bound to be maintenance hell.
Honestly, that ride looks underwhelming.
