I like the fire and commitment towards consistency. Accidently I saw this video on UA-cam. Seeing the AIIMS building brought me back to my school days. I was a student at Safdarjung, now VMMC, Delhi. I had to clear entrance exam to get admitted to the nursing program then. May be because I came from a small village and that village does not even exist in Google map, I saw the medical students nearby only after joining the Nursing program at Safdarjung. I was free of tensions and far away from competition in 12th std. Part of my basic education is from govt school.I got the fire and passion for neurology but joining a pmt institute was not possible because I had no resources to do so. Years pass by and I looked at medical students who got admitted to VMMC AND AIIMS with envy ( that their parents could afford to send them to better schools). Years passed, today I am successfully completing my masters degree in Neuropsychologie in one of the best institutions in the world. What is my point? If any of pmt aspirant is reading my comment and think about the lack of their family to provide you with an ideal education, PLEASE DO NOT LOSE HOPE. I hope one day you will find an opportunity of your life time. Keep your passion burning.

Here is a short story about me. I am a software engineer with 11 years of experience and I am pretty successful in it. During my school I took biology because I Want to be a doctor. But I did not get enough marks and ended up doing engineering and getting into the usual software industry. Couple of days back something very strange happened, I woke up in the middle of the night with this deep sense of pain and sadness that I couldn’t become a doctor. It was 4 am in the morning. I don’t know where that thought came from But I couldn’t stop thinking about it for the rest of the day and I felt so depressed and that’s when I stumbled across your Channel. Now that being said I want your and every audience of this channels opinion. How crazy do you think one needs to be if one says he wants to stop his 11 years of successful career as a software engineer and restart it all the way from the beginning to become a doctor. Am I totally nuts for even thinking about it at 33 years of age ? Humour me. Cheers 🍻

Although I graduated from iit Delhi and now Hopefully will go into top bschool of the country but I still have this urge to give upsc once. Now with so much at stake I wonder whether I should leave this thought behind or give at least one shot to upsc. I also wonder whether this regret of not going towards upsc will grow overtime . You had PCB in 12th, then you are very much eligible for MBBS. You can appear for NEET and join MBBS course whenever you want.

Sir firstly g8 fan of your ,secondly I would like to ask you one question how you manged to stay grounded after achieving so much( in terms of rank) and secondly how you manged to stay consistent throughout your preparation ,I know sir you said that you had that motivation factor of enjoying by going for vacation but at that point how you managed yourself for being so consistent and what is the key factor of consistency..
Here is a short story about me.
I am a software engineer with 11 years of experience and I am pretty successful in it. During my school I took biology because I Want to be a doctor. But I did not get enough marks and ended up doing engineering and getting into the usual software industry.
Couple of days back something very strange happened, I woke up in the middle of the night with this deep sense of pain and sadness that I couldn’t become a doctor. It was 4 am in the morning. I don’t know where that thought came from But I couldn’t stop thinking about it for the rest of the day and I felt so depressed and that’s when I stumbled across your Channel.
Now that being said I want your and every audience of this channels opinion. How crazy do you think one needs to be if one says he wants to stop his 11 years of successful career as a software engineer and restart it all the way from the beginning to become a doctor. Am I totally nuts for even thinking about it at 33 years of age ? Humour me. Cheers 🍻
Hello gaurav sir. Greetings and salutations. I'm in a similar boat as yourself. Although I graduated from iit Delhi and now Hopefully will go into top bschool of the country but I still have this urge to give upsc once. Now with so much at stake I wonder whether I should leave this thought behind or give at least one shot to upsc. I also wonder whether this regret of not going towards upsc will grow overtime . Or maybe I'm just lost in life trying to find something that will give meaning which previously was given by iit jee preparation.
@@nahushgolait1273 if you are still in the verge of starting your professional career, go do it. Don’t wait 11 years like me to realise it.
It’s ultimately money vs passion. Being a software engineer I have filled my bank account with the bling, but my passion remains unfulfilled.
@@yadd13 i have 2.5 years of work ex . The thing is I'm not even sure if that's my passion, I just have this urge to give one try. I'm struggling hard to find passion maybe that's why I go to every direction .
@@nahushgolait1273 Yeah that’s a dangerous state of mind to be in actually. Later this turns into desperation, eventually depression.
I suggest give it a try before it’s too late.
We studied only material education...no knowledge of reality...I'm not talking about myth..but logically.... nobody is satisfied whatever he is doing ...so better be satisfied n do ur best n leave rest on lord ... obviously we r not the ultimate controller...so be satisfied n happy whatever we have n see many in scarcity....read bhagvad geeta...
Dr.gupta..really your words are ture motivation come internally so u have cracked thrice AIIMS Delhi for UG PG and DM in a given time...
If your motivation was to be outside videos..and all other thing then it would be impossible to crack thirce AIIMS Delhi for all UG PG and DM ...
