After this video was done, we upgraded the time circuits to version V3B, with only dest line blinking when a date is input (like in the movie), and with a much better keypad case (real sturdy plastic case with correct color, not casted, not painted). There's also a setup mode to set the display brightness and the sound volume!
I bought this and it just came in the mail today... IT IS AWESOME!!! I put it in my DeLorean and I'm living my childhood dream! Excellent quality, lighting and sound!!

To chime in, bought this unit in 2013, aside from a tiny battery replacement it STILL works Perfectly! Expensive... But so worth it!

This is probably the closest I've seen to accuracy. Only improvements are minor: keypad sound correction and single display change rather than entire display change when entering dates. Otherwise it looks 100% amazing. Great work!

Are they made to order?
firefighter1816 no, you just have to periodically check the website to see if the stays says ‘in stock.’ NOTE: Instead of saying out of stock, it says No Longer Stocked - keep checking. They ARE still making and selling them, but they seek out quickly, as this isn’t a mass produced item. Once it says in stock, jump on it right then. If you wait to think it over, they’ll sell out again - I had one: Sold it.

Will entering the time of day in 24h format/military time show as 12h? That's how I assumed they worked. Makes sense ie: 0000-1259 from midnight to one minute before 1pm and 1300-2359 for 1pm to 1159pm
Time control chip or tubes would know the difference between the keypad entry of 0100 amd 1300 0100 for AM and 1300 for PM in BTTF 1-2 for the chip and tubes for BTTF 3 respectively. Would display in 12h format
Yes entering the time of day in 24h format/military time shows as 12h with AM/PM indicator. The different ways to enter time and date are well documented in the manual if you purchase this time circuit display.
Will you EVER have these in stock for sale again?

Not a standalone GPS speedometer, but a GPS sender + the digital Speedometer + the TFC Drive Switch.

They match. Only the 3 iconic dates that doc enters when showing the time circuits to Marty are pre-recorded for fast typing, the same way he did.

I think you get this error because the web site is not https. You need to configure your browser to accept such site.
@@MoviePropElectronics Cool! I got it to work. Pretty cool stuff you build there. For the time circuits display, would it possible to run all three displays as actual clocks? For instance, If you wanted to use it as a display in your home, and have Present Time, Last Time Departed, and Destination time all work as actual clocks with different time zones (for three different countries as an example).

You can either use any switch on the +12V supply, or use our TFC Drive Switch if you want to drive all our props.

Yes, this is the way you enter time in 12h mode. For those who prefer 24h mode, it's possible too (like pressing 16 30 will show 04:30 PM without entering the 1 to indicate PM).

Wiring is as simple as can be: each cable has a name matching to the main TFC board, with only 3 wires identified with a color code.

Dave Leland keep watching. Mine arrived today. It appears to have been the last one, but there’ll be more. I think that fabrication of the aluminum enclosure is what takes so long. I have been periodically checking their website about once or twice a month for months. It was worth the wait - it’s amazing -just as you see here! The big surprise is it’s weight. I thought it would be very heavy; it’s actually very lightweight; maybe 1-2 lbs. VERY well made!
