That Korean wedding is absolutely beautiful! Jenn, it makes me so happy to see you become who you are, and the kind of life you have today. I've been your follower religiously since late 2011/early 2012, and I felt like we are two parallel lines that grow together although never (and might never, at least easily) meet. I was married at 24 years old, last April, totally unplanned but beautiful surprises happen sometimes :) We didn't have a big ceremony or celebration because we were rushing to get the marriage certificate and proceed with my green card application, but I don't regret or feel jealous of other wonderful ceremonies like yours, because we had no time to plan all these things. Maybe in another 9 years, we'll do a 10-year anniversary party, and I have a feeling maybe I'll see something similar on your end too by then :)
You should make a video on redecorating/renovating your house! Watching HGTV with my parents was my jam when I was younger and I’m sure a lot of people like home remodeling well!

I’ve been to the school counselor at college twice already, but it was always after or during a time that I was stressed/overwhelmed. Do you have any advice for someone not used to asking for help wanting to start going to therapy consistently? Like do you have any tips for finding the right therapist, what to expect, when to go, how often to go, and whether or not it’s helped you?

That Korean wedding is absolutely beautiful! Jenn, it makes me so happy to see you become who you are, and the kind of life you have today. I've been your follower religiously since late 2011/early 2012, and I felt like we are two parallel lines that grow together although never (and might never, at least easily) meet. I was married at 24 years old, last April, totally unplanned but beautiful surprises happen sometimes :) We didn't have a big ceremony or celebration because we were rushing to get the marriage certificate and proceed with my green card application, but I don't regret or feel jealous of other wonderful ceremonies like yours, because we had no time to plan all these things. Maybe in another 9 years, we'll do a 10-year anniversary party, and I have a feeling maybe I'll see something similar on your end too by then :)

I know you’ve made some self-help videos and mentioned going to therapy for a while. I’ve been to the school counselor at college twice already, but it was always after or during a time that I was stressed/overwhelmed. Do you have any advice for someone not used to asking for help wanting to start going to therapy consistently? Like do you have any tips for finding the right therapist, what to expect, when to go, how often to go, and whether or not it’s helped you?

Also, if I heard correctly, in the chorus her dad sings "You are the love of God/God's love, the beautiful love of God/God's love" instead of the people of God (the pronunciation is very similar - sarang vs saram - but I'm pretty sure he sang love instead of person)

Jenn, your dad's singing in the background was everything... I know that song from my childhood and I think it's so meaningful that he chose this song. I teared up in that exact moment when he changed sides 😂 to sing the verse to you and his voice started to shake.. You can literally feel the love that your parents have for you and their wish to give you all the blessings they have.
