I think that every apex should get a unique execute animation/ability. Therizinosaurus with the ripping in half, Deinochierus could pummel smaller dinos, and with Rex you could have it snap something up, and start crushing it. You could even add bone snapping sounds.
Personally, I'd say Theri should have the ability to take on other Apexs with reasonable ease however, I think that in order to do so players really need to focus on keeping their claws sharp and healthy. I think this should be the case for all creatures, allowing preparation and constant upkeep of your natural defenses in order to defend yourself or hunt more easily. For Theri I'd say having to slash your claws against wet stones near rivers and creeks to keep them sharp and strong otherwise you risk losing a good chunk of your bleed effect and possibly losing your claws all together as they just might snap.

Ikr, the Cretaceous really was the true peak of dinosaur diversity, especially as you go into the Late Cretaceous, the only missing majorly unique dinosaur group that wasn’t present at all from the beginning to the end of the Late Cretaceous were the Stegosaurids, they were around during the Early Cretaceous though, sadly groups like the Allosauroids (more specifically Carcharodontosaurids) and Megalosauroids (more specifically Spinosaurids) are only believed to have lived during the beginning of the Late Cretaceous, but at least they were successful enough to make it to the Late Cretaceous at all, whereas the Jurassic lacked a lot of Coelurosaurian theropods like Ornithomimids, Oviraptorids, Therizinosaurids, and that time period also lacked Hadrosaurids and Pachycephalosaurids, etc. Also Pterosaurs had a lot more diversity by the Late Cretaceous as well, however the Jurassic did have a lot of Sauropod diversity, but I’d say the Titanosaurs of the Late Cretaceous are way more exciting given their size alone.
The tail should definitely be longer as it would act as a counterweight in real life. With this short tail, the upper part of the body would be too heavy for Theri to be bipedal as it wouldn't be able to hold its balance on its hind legs.
Despite how awkward the short tail looks, it’s actually accurate for the animal, it’s just an indicator that it likely maintained a more upright posture in real life which would be more comparable to modern day bird postures than to other non avian theropods.
The evrima theri needs to have the arm feathers. Even if large coelurosaurs like Therizino or Gigantoraptor were less feathered, the arm feathers would probably be retained for display purposes.
I think ALL dinosaurs should get a finisher move! Imagine how cool it would be if a carno ramed a hypsi and instead of the hypsi simply dying and going into the carnos mouth. The carno would instead do a slide and brutally slam hypsi into the ground!! As a finishing move! And maybe for theri it could have a finishing move with Rex were the theri stabs the throat of the Rex and slices it open as it’s finisher for larger creatures!
The owl man is back. Also theri will probally be a glass cannon with massive bleed and good damage. Also like tricetops horns going dull and when baryonix was scratching a tree I think it would either have to sharpen its claw or its diet would effect how sharp they are
I think rex/giga vs theri should probably be like a tiger vs sloth bear fight irl. It happens, and the tiger could probably kill the sloth bear but theres no way it wouldnt be injured to an extreme level yk. Absolute glass cannon

I think Therizinosaurus should have the best agility of the apex roster and definitely the highest bleed at the cost of lower damage. I also think it should have a puncture ability, being able to stab soft spots like underbellies.
Baby theri's can jump on players backs and hug them like the utah pounce but after 10 seconds the theri will kamikaze the player they have latched onto killing them both and exploding, however the adults can shoot their claws out and when they hit a target the do massive damage and explode after 5 seconds.
I think Theri should have high damage, high bleed and high agility but also be weak against bleed and fracture so it's gameplay is more based on not getting injured in the first place. It should easily fend off mid size carnivores like Allo and Alberto by preventing them from getting bites in while trying to avoid fighting apexes who can tank the damage or just pin it down and kill it. It's speed should be slower than a mid tier but faster than an apex or same speed as the fastest apex but with more stamina, not taking damage when something bites it's tail feathers could go pretty well with that.
I personally think theri having a blind ability argument is flawed in the way that with that logic stego should blind someone if it gets a thagomizer to the face, or trike, deinochierus etc should blind others if hitting the face. I think theri should be a dinosaur that cant defeat apexes. Its nearly half the weight of rex, spino and giga. HOWEVER the amount of bleed and damage (especially bleed) a theri can output makes hunting them such a risk that the aftermath of the fight can lead to even an apexes death. With the apex bleeding out or being to weak to defend its meal from other predators. This helps keep theri from being overpowered while also stopping predators from targeting theris, because the risk is not worth the reward. Of course this is just my opinion.
Their would definitely be strong enough to 2v1 most apexes I think the most should be 2. Considering there has the extra range and in dense forests it would be especially difficult to fight.
