I suggest to watch the whole episodes cause it's not just about love but also about how doctors fight their line of work. Nways, it's fictional and yours is reality. Doc Jerry can you differentiate medical kdrama from philippines medical drama??
It was called dr romantic because its like parents teaching their kids the hard way. It was titled romantic because master kim showed different style of teaching in a way that the doctors involved will soon realize what life lesson he is trying to teach. .

Let me just clarify that those two(Kang Dong Ju and Dr. Yun) are Doctor Kim's students. You will be amazed more when you see how Doctor Kim operates. He's really a master!

they portray “romatic” as passionate. romantic doctor means passionate doctor in this drama. nung sa start ng episode feeling ng bata na pinariority yung ibang patient ng doctor because elite yong isang patient so ngtanim ng grudge yung bata that fueled him to be a doctor.. but as usual with this kind s of drama the truth will be unravelled sa later episodes. this is one of the best medical drama for me. as im not a doctor i just dont really know the accuracy of the portrayals sa pagtreat ng mga patients but as a regular person and drama viewer ang amazing nito. ang ganda din ng season 2 level up din ang thrill.

I watched Dr. Romantic Kim, both season 1 and 2. Super favourite ko sya kahit na walang masyadong love team moments, pero super amazing po ni Docto Kim dahil sa kanyang ways on how to teach younger doctors than him, ang tsundere lang nya pero feel inside worried din sya parang magulang nila inside doldam hospital. Waiting for season 3!

That is the reason why I love Dr Romantic not bcoz its kdram its becoz ang intense di mo alam yung mangyayari ang dami mong matutunan about medical field. The whole story is really awesome with how each of the characters portray the role but the best thing I can say as what I have observe with it from Season 1 to Season 2..
It's totally incredible how Koreans do the films of medical field because it is almost close to reality and found out that those doctors even study how to do suture and other stuffs of medical thing....
One last thing, there is even a Pinay Actress in Season 2 who plays the role of a mother who is Physically Abuse by his Korean Husband as he blames her wife with their Kid, which I'm so proud... may sikat na pinay din pala sa Korea🤔👍👏👏👏
